This refined London space embodies that philosophy.”
Steps from Savile Row and nestled among the capital’s most iconic institutions, the centre now offers an unprecedented level of access for Gulfstream’s international clientele. Whether
London is home, a frequent waypoint, or simply the next stop in a global itinerary, visitors can explore the full sensory experience of aircraft ownership, from fine-grain leather to the sweep of the fuselage, without ever leaving the city.
Central to the transformation is a full-scale Gulfstream G400 cabin mock-up, joined by immersive representations of the ultraluxurious G700 and G800 interiors. These are paired with the award-winning G500 and G600 seating collections, allowing clients to test first-hand the ergonomics, textiles, and spatial design of a Gulfstream cabin in a true-to-life environment.
Within the design atelier, Gulfstream’s interior specialists orchestrate a journey through a meticulously curated selection
of materials, from rare veneers and custom carpets to tailored leathers and woven textiles. Here, personal vision becomes reality. State-of-the-art digital tools, including the 3D Cabin Creator and high-resolution exterior livery visualisations projected on a floor-to-ceiling powerwall, enable clients to explore endless configuration possibilities with clarity and precision.
This London jewel joins Gulfstream’s elite network of design centres in Savannah, New York, and Beverly Hills, each serving as a global nexus for innovation, luxury, and personal expression.
With this unveiling, Gulfstream doesn’t just offer its clients a space to design an aircraft, it offers them a destination, a dialogue, and above all, a declaration of their place in the skies.

In a bold continuation of one of its most storied traditions, Leica Camera AG unveils the M11-P Safari - a striking new chapter in the legendary M Series. Cloaked in an iconic olive-green livery, this limited-edition model pays homage to Leica’s original field cameras while embracing the precision of contemporary engineering.
Since the 1970s, Leica Safari Editions have captivated collectors and connoisseurs alike with their utilitarian elegance and unmistakable aesthetic. The new M11-P Safari carries that legacy forward with quiet authority. Its top plate - painstakingly machined from solid brass - is finished in a refined matte olive, a tone that calls to mind vintage expedition gear and the golden age of analog photography. Complementing the durable finish is an olive leatherette wrap, selected as much for its tactile grip as for its harmony of hue.
But this is no exercise in nostalgia. Modernist restraint defines every detail of the M11-P Safari. The iconic red Leica dot gives way to a minimalistic silver screw, allowing the boldness of the design to speak for itself. Polished silver dials and accents offer a deliberate contrast to the earthy tones, while the blacked-out controls on the reverse side evoke a sleek, understated functionality. Elegant engravings - “Leica Camera AG” and “Wetzlar Germany” - complete the tableau, a whisper of heritage etched in steel.
Beneath its adventurous surface, the M11-P Safari is every bit the technological marvel of its namesake. It features the same full-frame BSI CMOS sensor with Triple Resolution Technology found in the standard M11-P, delivering imagery with uncompromising depth and detail in 60, 36, or 18 megapixels. Whether capturing in DNG or JPG, the camera’s internal 256 GB memory ensures that inspiration is never hindered by capacity.
More than a camera, it’s a trusted tool in the era of digital integrity. Leica’s pioneering Content Credentials technology embeds tamper-proof metadata directly into each file, securing authorship, copyright, and edit history, an essential step in the future of visual provenance.
Practicality is rendered seamless through integrated Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, as well as Leica’s intuitive FOTOS App, which allows for streamlined image transfer and remote camera control. Even the screen, a sapphire crystal LCD with an anti-reflective coating, ensures visibility in all conditions, from the bright light of open terrain to dim interiors.
The M11-P Safari is as much an object of design as it is of desire. Paired with a supplied black carrying strap and encased in sustainable, plastic-free packaging made entirely in Germany, it’s a refined nod to Leica’s unwavering commitment to craftsmanship and environmental consciousness.
For those who seek the rare confluence of precision, aesthetics, and authenticity, the Leica M11-P Safari offers an invitation: not only to take the picture, but to live inside the story.
Now available in Leica boutiques and through select authorised dealers, the M11-P Safari is priced at £8,100 - a collector’s piece destined to become an heirloom of modern adventure.

In a glittering tribute to a century of olfactory legend, Chanel elevated its most iconic scent, N°5, into the rarefied realm of haute joaillerie. In 2021, the House unveiled a breathtaking High Jewellery collection, anchored by a singular masterpiece: the 55.55 necklace. At its heart rests a 55.55-carat diamond of peerless clarity - not simply a jewel, but a symbol, immaculately cut to echo the silhouette of the bottle that forever altered the world of fragrance. This singular creation now resides within Chanel’s heritage collection, inspiring a constellation of exquisite pieces that reinterpret its spirit with elegance and innovation.
Chanel’s High Jewellery N°5 collection recalls the audacious brilliance of Gabrielle Chanel’s 1932 “Bijoux de Diamants” - a radical moment in the history of jewellery where scent met sparkle, and women were invited to wear diamonds with the same nonchalance as their signature scent. In the new collection, the mythic fragrance becomes a luminous emblem, transfigured into gold and diamonds with a poetic sophistication that bridges two centuries of craftsmanship and vision.
This ongoing metamorphosis of N°5 takes new form in two captivating creations: a refined, adjustable necklace that rests delicately at the collarbone or transforms into a choker, and a bracelet resplendent in gold whether white, beige, or yellow. Accompanying these are new yellow gold interpretations of a ring, bangle, and a single, sculptural earring - all designed to be worn with the effortless confidence that defined Mademoiselle herself.
The talismanic number 5 chosen by Gabrielle Chanel, who famously unveiled her collections on the fifth day of the fifth month is more than a motif. It is a symbol of destiny, woven into the fabric of the House through icons like the 2.55 handbag, couture rituals, and now, through glimmering jewels that distill the very essence of the Chanel woman: bold yet refined, future-

facing yet timeless.
Graphically assertive yet fluidly sensual, the numeral becomes a sculptural centerpiece - a beacon of light, carved in precious metal and paved with diamonds. Within its curvature nestles a brilliant-cut stone, held in the House’s signature closed setting, an homage to its 1932 origins. Suspended beneath, a diamondset articulated drop brushes the skin like a whisper of scent, while beveled edges, polished to mirror perfection, reflect both light and legacy.
The contrast between icy diamonds and warm, polished gold defines the collection’s aesthetic vocabulary. Nowhere is this more beautifully expressed than in Chanel’s reimagining of the classic diamond line necklace. Here, imbued with the unmistakable spirit of N°5. Inspired by the 55.55 design, both necklace and bracelet trace a line of round-cut diamonds culminating in the iconic number 5, holding within it a 0.30-carat GIA-certified diamond like a secret. The sensual drop lends the piece a softness, a curve that counterpoints the clean geometry of its setting.
Ingeniously, the bracelet’s clasp is hidden within the number itself, a subtle nod to the 2.55 bag’s famed lock, merging function and poetry. Both designs are rendered in a trio of golds, offering the wearer a palette of luxury as timeless as the scent that inspired them.
Completing this golden tribute is the Eternal N°5, a trio of yellow gold creations, echoing the radiant hue of the fragrance itself. A bold bangle, a minimalist ring, and a single earring evoke the singular beauty of Chanel’s most enduring icon, not merely as adornments, but as declarations of identity.
With this collection, Chanel affirms what Gabrielle always believed: that true elegance is eternal. And with N°5 transformed into gold and diamonds, the House has bottled time itself, not in glass, but in brilliance.

In a bold celebration of its enduring legacy in precision timekeeping, Seiko introduces the Prospex Speedtimer 2025 Tokyo World Athletics Championships Edition - a refined 39mm chronograph draped in the regal hue of Edo Purple. Limited to 6,000 pieces worldwide, this commemorative timepiece not only honors Seiko’s role as Official Timekeeper of the 2025 Tokyo Championships, but also pays homage to the cultural and artisanal heritage of its homeland.
At the heart of this Speedtimer ticks Seiko’s in-house V192 solar-powered movement - a marvel of engineering that harnesses both natural and artificial light. With an accuracy of ±15 seconds per month and a six-month power reserve when fully charged, it embodies Seiko’s unwavering dedication to
performance and reliability. The case offers 100 meters of water resistance, ensuring both durability and everyday versatility.
The dial, resplendent in ‘Edo-Murasaki’ - or Tokyo Purple - draws from one of Japan’s officially recognised traditional colours. Once reserved for aristocracy and rich in historic symbolism, this deep violet hue originates from a rare dye crafted from native purple glass in the Musashino region during the Edo period, when Tokyo was still known by its former name.
With its restrained proportions, historic inspiration, and purposeful functionality, the Speedtimer 2025 Tokyo World Athletics Championships Edition is a testament to Seiko’s dual mastery of heritage and innovation.

Leica Camera AG has launched its new watch series: the Leica ZM 1 Urban Green and the Leica ZM 2 Urban Green.
Combining traditional Leica craftsmanship with elevated timepieces that make a statement about nature’s elegance in form and function, the new watches showcase minimalist aesthetics, such as domed sapphire glass, finely blasted surfaces and a high-strength aluminium dial with thin parallel grooves known as satinage vertical.
First introduced in February 2022, the Leica ZM watch series features two models, the Leica ZM 1 and Leica ZM 2, each distinguished by a unique design language and innovative approaches to traditional timekeeping functions, honouring Leica’s legacy and its connection to the world of Leica cameras. The patented push-crown, inspired by the shutter release on Leica cameras, halts the movement with a single press, resets the second hand to zero, and introduces an innovative approach to time-setting in the watch industry. It therefore reimagines a function common to all watch brands in a distinctive way, making the ZM 1 and ZM 2 unmistakably Leica.
Nature forms the foundation of functional design and inspires harmony in every detail, representing an appreciation for simplicity whilst revealing that nature’s beauty is woven into the finest details. The distinctive fumé noir dial features a rich gradient from green to black, paired with the sophisticated stainless steel Milanese strap, embodies the balance between natural beauty and modern urban aesthetics. The rhodium-plated, diamond-cut indices and hands complete the refined Made in Germany craftsmanship.
The high quality stainless-steel Milanese strap enhances the sophisticated design of the Leica ZM 1 and ZM 2 Urban Green, complementing the dial’s distinctive green-to-black gradient. Handcrafted with precision, featuring a solid, full satin finish, and bearing the original Leica engraving, the watch strap’s mesh-like material embraces every wrist, perfectly setting the tone for the new timepieces. The integrated, adjustable deployant buckle and quick-change spring bars on both sides exemplify meticulous craftsmanship and precision engineering.
The Leica ZM 2 also features a GMT function, allowing the wearer to track two time zones with a single set of hands, complemented by an effortlessly legible day/night indicator. The ZM 1 and ZM 2 models are both equipped with a mechanical hand-wound movement developed by Leica and are now also available in the Urban Green style.
Leica has been synonymous with innovation, technical excellence and enduring design for over 150 years. The new Leica ZM 1 and ZM 2 Urban Green models uphold these principles, carrying forward a legacy of functional design, fine mechanical craftsmanship, and an uncompromising dedication to exceptional quality – creating timepieces that are both reliable and iconic.
The new Leica ZM 1 Urban Green and Leica ZM 2 Urban Green are available globally and in select Leica Stores and the Leica Online Store. Dependent on the strap, prices for the Leica ZM 1 Urban Green start at £8,720.00, while the Leica ZM 2 Urban Green starts at £12,200.00.

Released only once every two years, the highly anticipated Vintage Rally Healey line makes its return with not one, but two distinct models. This unprecedented offering responds to a demand that has remained strong for over 20 years as collectors continue to appreciate the nod to Healey, a reference to one of the most iconic British small racing cars that has delighted drivers since 1952.
Since 2004, Frederique Constant has partnered with the legendary British brand to translate the car’s perfection into the world of watchmaking. Each new model offers unique features. To maintain its tradition of exclusive vintages, Frederique Constant has, of course, retained limited editions. The first of these, produced in 1,888 pieces, features a 36 mm steel case with three hands and a date window - the seconds hand is red, a hallmark of all 2025 models, highlighting their sporty character. As tradition dictates, the caseback is solid and engraved with the silhouette of the Healey.
The dial showcases one of the flagship colours of 2025: Healey blue, inspired by the metallic blue colour of the Austin-Healey 3000 MKII BM7. Frederique Constant has chosen a sunburst finish to reflect the light towards the luminous applied indexes, complemented by a large “12” at twelve o’clock. As with each model, the dial bears the logos of its two proud parents: “Frederique Constant Genève” and “Healey”, in navy blue to match the flange.
The second limited edition, also capped at 1,888 pieces and mounted on a navy blue calfskin strap with contrast stitching, expresses a more assertively sporty identity. Its chronograph is housed in a 42mm steel case with an open caseback. The watch is dual by nature: two colours (Healey blue dial, navy blue flange), two counters (small seconds at 9 o’clock, 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock), and two pushers.
Equipped with Calibre 2755 QP, the new Overseas Grand Complication Openface from Vacheron Constantin achieves a horological feat as an elegant sports watch housing a movement barely 7.9 mm thick.
Incorporating a minute repeater, a perpetual calendar, a tourbillon and a power reserve indicator, the Overseas model is housed in a water-resistant titanium case with revised proportions and great elegance. The sapphire dial reveals the beauty of the mechanism, while rhodium-plated wheels and NAC treatment enhance its avant-garde spirit.
The outcome of a long process to meet the challenge of integrating a grand complication mechanism into an elegant case, the Overseas Grand Complication Openface had the added difficulty of incorporating a minute repeater, a first in the collection.
Generally speaking, water resistance is difficult to achieve with minute repeater calibres due to the sliding mechanism in the case-side that activates the repeater. The challenge with this model was to ensure the water-resistance of the Overseas case, while adapting its lines to Calibre 2755 QP. This required a year and a half of research and development and involved a complete redesign of the caseback to create space for the minute repeater mechanism while maintaining the slender curves characteristic of Overseas watches. With a diameter of 44.5mm and a height of 13.1mm, the proportions of this new Overseas case deftly
balance the collection’s adventurous character with a spirit of elegance.
One of Vacheron Constantin’s emblematic movements, Calibre 2755 QP benefits from developments made for the Tour de l’Île watch presented in 2005 and brings together three major horological complications. With its 602 components contained within a diameter of 33.30mm, it incorporates a perpetual calendar with date, day, month and leap-year cycle indications.
In addition to this calendar mechanism, which requires no correction before 2100 - a non-leap secular year - there is a minute repeater. To govern the cadence of the repeater mechanism, which strikes the hours, quarters and minutes on demand, the Maison’s watchmakers developed a centripetal regulator, a proprietary device that allows the hammers to be struck at the precise intervals required to obtain the correct musical sequences.
Totally silent, this regulator features two centrifugal weights that act as a motor brake on the axis of rotation, smoothing the flow of energy released by the repeater spring.
In keeping with Vacheron Constantin’s attention to detail, particular attention has been paid to the aesthetics of this governing device, which is visible through the sapphire caseback.
An arc-shaped bar secures the regulator; crafted in 750/1000 gold its rounded form requires a full day of meticulous handpolishing. Beneath it, the circular-grained inertia weights
vacheron-constantin.com
are engraved with the initials of Jean-Marc Vacheron, who founded the Maison in 1755. The same high standards were applied to the finishing of the tourbillon bridges, which involved rounding the convex profile as well as tapering it towards the fixing screws, then hand-polishing each bridge to a perfect shine. Their architecture was also reviewed, particularly on the reverse side, where it has been made more open and visually lighter. This allows full appreciation of the tourbillon’s ballet, which is enhanced by the relatively slow tempo of 18,000 vibrations per hour (2.5 Hz). Commensurate with the complexity of Calibre 2755 QP, the movement finishes also include mirror-polished repeater hammers, bevelled and satin-brushed bridges, circular satin-brushed wheels, and bridges decorated with Côtes de Genève.
With its grade 5 titanium case and integrated bracelet, the Overseas Grand Complication Openface watch remains true to the spirit of the collection. Vacheron Constantin’s attention to detail is exemplified by the meticulous care taken in the hand-finishing of the movement components. Its sporty, contemporary character is enhanced by the transparency of the sapphire dial, which reveals the beauty and complexity of the movement. Applied to the transparent sapphire, the 18-carat white gold hour-markers appear to be floating in space, amplifying the airy aesthetic.
To enhance legibility and create a dynamic contrast with the grey and silver tones of the movement components, the circles surrounding each of the time and calendar indications are treated with a blue metallised finish. The surface of each metallised circle is then engraved in white with the various indications - dates, days, months, years and minutes.
Viewed through the sapphire dial the avant-garde spirit of the watch is highlighted by the contrast between the anthracite grey hue of the NAC galvanic treatment on the bridges and the silvery tone of the rhodium-plated wheels. The mix of finishes on the case and bracelet amplifies the contemporary aesthetic with a visually captivating play of light and reflections. On the bezel, sandblasting combines with polishing and satin-brushing - a new signature for titanium-cased models in the Overseas collection. Like the other pieces in the collection, the model’s titanium bracelet, fitted with a comfort system, is interchangeable without tools and two additional straps - one in blue alligator, one in blue rubber - are offered with the watch.

In a celebration of elite performance and timeless craftsmanship, Panerai proudly reaffirms its partnership with Luna Rossa as Official Sponsor for the 38th America’s Cup. This landmark edition makes history in more ways than one - for the first time, sailing’s most prestigious regatta will unfold in Italian waters, against the dramatic volcanic silhouette of Mount Vesuvius and the storied shoreline of Naples, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
For Panerai, whose identity is rooted in the rhythms of the sea, the alignment with Luna Rossa is more than a collaboration, it’s a shared philosophy. Courage, innovation, and the relentless pursuit of excellence define this journey, and nowhere are these values more alive than on the deck of Luna Rossa’s high-tech sailing machines.
“We are honoured to stand beside the modern-day heroes of Luna Rossa,” says Emmanuel Perrin, CEO of Panerai. “As they push the limits of elite sailing, we provide instruments born of innovation, engineered for precision, and crafted with the spirit of the sea.”

echoing the Luna Rossa livery, while the grey matte sandwich dial features thoughtfully placed sub-dials for harmonious symmetry. A sapphire crystal caseback offers a view into the mechanical soul of the watch, while the dual-strap offering - a black and grey bimaterial strap with the Luna Rossa stripe and a rugged black rubber alternative - completes the bold aesthetic.
For those seeking a versatile yet expressive everyday timepiece, the Luminor Luna Rossa (PAM01653) offers understated power. Encased in corrosion-resistant AISI 316LVM stainless steel - known for its purity and polished finish - the 44mm watch is powered by the hand-wound P.6000 calibre, providing a reliable threeday power reserve.
Its clean, grey dial and minimalist indices pay homage to the precision and clarity required at sea, while subtle red accents evoke the team’s signature flair. Like its counterpart, it comes with a bi-material strap and an additional rubber option, perfectly suited for transitions between regatta and Riviera.
“With Panerai, we’ve cultivated a relationship rooted in performance and elegance,” shares Max Sirena, Skipper and Director of Luna Rossa. “Our journey toward the 38th America’s Cup is not just about competition - it’s about shared values and mutual respect for innovation.”
Indeed, Panerai’s deep ties to the maritime world resonate in every detail of these timepieces. At its core is the new DUW 3202 automatic calibre, an inhouse innovation that integrates world time functionality into
Nomos’ celebrated neomatik series. A mere 4.8mm in height, this sophisticated movement is slimmer than a passport and a triumph of watchmaking economy. Encased within a steel body measuring just 9.9mm in total, and water-resistant to 10atm, it embodies the durability of a tool watch with the aesthetic restraint of modernist German design.
With these luminous limited editions, Nomos Glashütte continues to chart its own path - one that connects precision engineering with poetic expression. A worldtimer, reimagined for those who dream in colour and think in time zones.

"This is paradise!" Christian Dior once wrote from the terrace of his Capri hotel, the scent of citrus and salt air drifting on the breeze. It was a sentiment he would return to often, a refrain echoing through a lifetime of artistic reverie along the Mediterranean. From the splendor of Venetian palazzi to the tranquil hush of Roman courtyards, Italy cast its golden spell on the couturier, a country where beauty was not an artifice but a way of life.
This passion infused Dior’s early collections, which shimmered with the hues of the Italian landscape and danced with the spirit of la dolce vita. The names of his fragrances - Florence, Venise, Capri, Rossini, Soirée Romaine - read like an amorous letter to the peninsula. A spiritual homeland as much as a geographical one, Italy provided the chromatic and cultural palette from which Dior drew endlessly.
In 1948, just a year after its creation, Miss Dior - the now-mythic fragrance - first enchanted Italian audiences. The perfume line quickly wafted through Italy following Miss Dior’s success, expanding to Pisa, Naples, Sanremo, and Turin, signalling the beginning of a deepening Franco-Italian alliance. This dialogue extended beyond fashion and fragrance, touching the world of cinema with the House’s ground-breaking collaboration with legendary filmmaker Vittorio De Sica. In the 1953 film Stazione Termini (Terminal Station for the British), Dior designed the costumes for actress Jennifer Jones, earning the Maison its first Oscar dior.com
nomination for Best Costume Design - a rare crossover of couture into celluloid history.
Yet perhaps no moment more perfectly captured Dior’s Italian reverie or was more cherished by Dior himself than the fabled “Ball of the Century” at Venice’s Palazzo Labia in 1951. Organised by the enigmatic Charles de Beistegui, it was an affair of mythic proportions - a living tableau of masquerade and moonlight. “It was the most beautiful evening I had ever seen,” Dior later recalled in his autobiography, “and I would never see its equal again. (...) The endless depth of the Italian night transformed this nocturnal spectacle into a timeless affair (...)”. Decades later, the Maison returned to that hallowed ground for the Bal Tiepolo in 2019, an opulent homage supporting the Venetian Heritage Foundation which is devoted to the preservation and restoration of La Serenissima’s legacy.
Thirty years earlier, in 1989, this cultural kinship had already reached a new pinnacle with Gianfranco Ferré - the first Italian to helm not only this French Maison, but any. His architectural sensibilities, informed by Renaissance artistry, met the codes of the House in a harmonious fusion of French discipline and Italian grandeur.
Now, it is Maria Grazia Chiuri, a daughter of Rome, who carries this legacy forward with soulful fidelity. Since 2016, her vision has honoured both her Roman roots and Dior’s storied DNA. Her collaborations with Italian artisans have imbued the Maison’s couture with a rarefied craftsmanship, alive with regional traditions and poetic modernity as demonstrated in Matteo Garrone’s film unveiling the autumn-winter 2021 haute couture creations and the 2021 cruise collection. She brought this dazzling world to Lecce with a luminous ode to Puglia’s traditional arts, set against the warm chiaroscuro of southern Italy.
Now, the House embarks on a new chapter with the Dior Cruise 2026 collection - a celebration not only of Rome’s eternal grandeur, but of its intimate dialogue with Dior across decades. This is not merely a fashion show; it is a voyage into shared history, into artistry reborn, into the sacred geometry of beauty itself.
In the eternal light of Italy, Dior continues to find not just inspiration, but belonging.
In the dappled shadows of Rome’s Villa Albani Torlonia, Dior unveiled a cruise collection that reads like an autobiographical poem - a reverie set in motion by memory, imagination, and the ethereal pulse of the Eternal City. Under the creative direction of Maria Grazia Chiuri, the house offered more than fashion; it staged a cinematic meditation on identity, history, and the invisible threads that bind art, costume, and self-expression.
Titled “Bella Confusione”, a nod to the phrase once offered by screenwriter Ennio Flaiano to director Federico Fellini as a working title for 8½, this collection inhabits a place where fantasy and recollection converge. Rome becomes not just a backdrop, but a living character: layered with centuries of art, adorned with cinematic ghosts, and steeped in the mythos of Italian femininity.
At the heart of Chiuri’s vision is the enigmatic figure of Mimì Pecci-Blunt - a patroness of the arts that shimmer in the cultural capitals of Rome, Paris, and New York. From this inspiration, Chiuri conjures a modern Bal de l’Imagination, where theatricality and elegance intertwine, and the ordinary is rendered extraordinary.
The silhouettes themselves are rich with allusion. Elements drawn from the annals of fashion history, military jackets edged in black, ecclesiastical chasubles, and waistcoats lifted from the masculine wardrobe are reassembled into a new, symbolic lexicon. Long skirts pair with tailored tailcoats; fine lace interplays with sculptural bas-relief textures; black and red velvet punctuate an otherwise pristine palette of ivory and gold.
Homages abound: to the Fontana Sisters, who once dressed Anita Ekberg in La Dolce Vita, to the vestiges of ecclesiastical Rome, and to the opulence of the city's golden age. One golden velvet gown gleams like a Baroque artifact; elsewhere, a sequence of white ensembles glows with spiritual intensity, rendered in materials ranging from the architectural to the gossamer.
These are not merely garments, they are characters in a grand theatrical tableau. Like dancers in a farandole, they move together and apart, each carrying a whisper of narrative, an echo of the city’s many lives. There is no singular heroine here, but a constellation of women drawn from the fabric of Rome’s imagination - muses, rebels, spirits.
With this collection, Maria Grazia Chiuri continues to build a deeply personal mythology, one rooted in Rome yet universal in its scope. Her vision invites you to cross boundaries - between past and present, real and imagined, couture and costume. It is a world where questioning becomes a kind of beauty, and where fashion is not just worn, but dreamed.

Nestled in the heart of historic Istanbul, The Ritz-Carlton offers all of the modern luxuries you would expect just a stones throw from everything this ancient city has to offer. Continues on page 82.
Known as the windy island thanks to the impressive breeze that passes through regularly, Mykonos is an enchanting Greek island escape that's suitable for all ages and interests.
Welcoming all, the cosmopolitan island lies in the glittering Aegean Sea, renowned around the world for its postcard vistas of traditional blue domed roofs, labyrinth of tiny whitewashed cobbled streets, blazing summer sunshine and verdant flora and fauna. Take a wander through Mykonos town to admire the pretty staircases and carefully painted Juliet balconies. Beautiful flora grows up the buildings, while big-name designer stores mingle with traditional Greek taverns and tiny boutiques selling an
visitgreece.gr
array of goods from cotton dresses, to evil eye trinkets and olive oil.
This mix of shiny modern life mixed with picturesque traditions, adds to the magical charm of the island. Here you can be both who you want to be and who you aspire to be. Peace and tranquility effortlessly blends with the fun and glamour of the vibrant nightlife and bustling streets. Visitors are encouraged to relax and unwind, making the most of the blissful sun-drenched surrounds, indulging in a lavish shopping spree or visiting an art gallery, before indulging in a host of fantastic food and dancing the night away.
The picturesque buildings are obliged to be painted white, blue or built from stone, to keep the heritage of the buildings in tact. You can't paint a house any old colour here, however there is a practical reason other than just tradition and uniformity for the design too. The lighter colours and use of stone keep the houses cooler in the searing heat of the summer.
As you walk, you'll notice that behind the many red doorways are tiny traditional Greek Orthodox churches, complete with candles aglow and ornate mantles. While most of the doors are red, you may come across one blue door, and behind that lies the only Catholic church on the island.
Another common sight associated with the island are the famous Myconian windmills by the old town. Used to harvest wheat and make flour, it's best to visit the windmills early in the morning before the cruise ship passengers arrive to get the perfect view of the sunrise.
While you are in the area, nicknamed Little Venice thanks to the architecture of the stately homes of the local rich sea captains and traders of the 18th century that line the waterfront, head over through the streets to Mosaic Restaurant for some delicious food. Serving up an electric mix of Japanese sushi, Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, Mosaic offers seaside views and beautiful dishes to boot. Menu highlights include the Windmill crunch roll with tempura shrimp, salmon, Philadelphia cheese, avocado, cucumber, teriyaki sauce, spicy mayo and crispy onions; fresh sashimi; and Mykonian meatballs with Hannibal sauce and corn pitta bread.
The end of September is a good time to visit the island as it is not only less busy than the summer months, but it is also less windy and still very warm. It can be risky to go in early May as it can be cooler and more windy. The season tends to begin at the end of May and while it's often cooler at this time, the wind can be unexpected for those who have never visited before but again, not only is it a great way to cool off, it adds to the charm of this magical, mystical and unexpectedly magnetic island.
Located just steps away from the iconic windmills in Chora and surrounded by 11,000sqm of lush green gardens, the Theoxenia provides for a natural oasis on the vibrant island.
Once a favourite of Jackie Onassis and Grace Kelly, the historical building was designed by the famous architect Aris Constantinides, and is protected by the Greek Ministry of Culture in an effort to preserve its iconic character and style.
A member of Design Hotels, the property is made of Delian stone and boasts fantastic views across the Aegean Sea. Having recently undergone a sympathetic renovation, the new luminous interiors and welcoming hospitality herald a new era of glamour for the Theoxenia, making the most of the location and taking inspiration from the natural landscape and stunning views of the sea.
The hotel boasts 45 elegant rooms and suites, all complete with bespoke furniture and blissfully calming neutral colour palettes. 4 signature suites offer impressive private pools and verandas, and every room offers luxury amenities, airy linens and spacious bathrooms. Terracotta and wood interior details and artworks
add to the stunning spaces, while the general ambience of the hotel provides a tranquil haven away from the bustle of the town.
Beautifully curated, with natural fabrics and sumptuous day loungers, super-size king beds and an extra sofa bed, the Premium Suites evoke a profound sense of peace with an added touch of extravagance and the appropriate space to accommodate up to 3 people making them ideal for families or friends sharing. While the two bedroom suite offers guests the privacy expected at their own private villa, with all the perks of a five-star hotel. Room service even allows for a floating breakfast in the pool should you wish - nothing is too much for the discreet and professional staff of the Theoxenia.
The multitude of picturesque terraces to gaze at the sunset and the winding garden paths create a protected and welcoming hideaway at the edge of town capturing the essence of laidback Greek lifestyle.
The hotel is positioned opposite the mystical island of Delos, a place of huge significance for ancient Greeks as the birthplace of the gods Apollo and Artemis. It's highly recommended you
discover on a private yacht tour to learn about the great history and enjoy a dip in the crystal clear turquoise Aegean waters while you're there.
Don Blue Prime Yachting offer personalised 3 hour tours of Delos and Rhenia that can be undertaken as a group or alone, to further delve into the magical, mythical history of the area and explore the sublime waters at leisure.
Alongside the rooms and suites, Theoxenia also boasts a beautiful pool - where you can enjoy a range of delicious cocktails, wines and poolside dishes; a health club; 24-hour room service; private check in and transfers; and a terrific gastronomy restaurant.
Light and airy with a fantastic view of the sunset and a covered terrace, the stylish restaurant Apanemi, offers traditional and Mediterranean dishes that have been transformed with modern twists to create new classics based on Greek origins. The signature degustation menus have been created by Chef Yiannis Baxevanis and Jerome Serres who have worked closely to create a new way to explore Mediterranean cuisine.
Together the two chefs' - one French, the other Greek - have harnessed their Michelin experience to create a refreshing take on food pairings, shining a light on local ingredients and sustainability. Menu highlights include handmade Mykonos sausage with metsovone foam and chilli oil; grilled octopus with a terrine of smoked eggplant and green vinaigrette of fresh herbs; and orange crusted seabass fillet with sautéed calamari and spinach, served with lemon verbena sauce.
If you don't fancy burning off the calories in the gym after indulging at breakfast or dinner, then you'll be pleased to know that also located on the lower level, the hotel's serene spa offers an array of treatments designed for you to make the most of your holiday, while taking a moment to yourself. A must for those escaping the pressures of life back in the capital!
From sunrise or sunset yoga on one of the property's many terraces and patios, with views over the sea or garden, to a range of results-led and holistic treatments, the spa is proud to use hand-selected products as well as organic materials. One treatment in particular is the MLX i3Dome. A new generation of touchless detox treatments, the innovative therapy combines 3 ultra-effective wellness technologies to help increase energy, stimulate metabolism, reduce inflammation and joint pain, while also reducing stress and detoxifying the body. All you have to do is lie down and let the infrared technology, plasma, and light treatment work its magic.
Just a two-minute walk from the iconic windmills of Mykonos and six minutes on foot from Little Venice, the Theoxenia remains the perfect location to explore Mykonos old town.
Across the island, and perched just above Ornos beach, with stunning views of the Aegean Sea, Once in Mykonos is a brand new Adults Only hotel.
Like Theoxenia, the hotel is part of the Louis Hotels Collection, and is ideal for those looking for a glamorous beachside escape without the kids.
Blending an illustrious past with a bright new future, Once in Mykonos began life an impressive villa, back in a time when Mykonos first started to become a favourite destination among artists, intellectuals and influential people from all over the world.

The largest city in Turkey, Istanbul is a vibrant melting pot of sounds, scents and stories.
Straddling Europe and Asia across the Bosphorus Strait, the city was once the capital of Turkey. Today, the city's illustrious history is reflected in the architecture of the homes and buildings on both the Asian and European shores.
Before it was Istanbul, the city on the Bosphorus was known as Byzantium, and then Constantinople, the heart of the Ottoman Empire. Take a scenic ride down the strait to marvel at the ornate teak timber mansions, majestic palaces and many grand, war-defying, mosques toward the mouth of the Black Sea.
Right in the heart of İstanbul’s historic centre, the sacred Byzantine Hagia Sophia remains an important symbol of power. The soaring 6th-century dome, glittering mosaics and fascinating history as church, mosque and museum make it one of the must-visits of the city and one of the world's most iconic
buildings.
The chaos of city's colourful Grand Bazaar has to be experienced to be believed. Well-known around the world as one of the most vibrant shopping destinations in the old town, the winding labyrinth of lanes and streets are lined with sellers touting their wares - with everything from Turkish teacups and leather goods to cashmere scarves, jewels and gold on offer.
Be careful not to lose yourself and be sure to follow the stream of local shoppers heading downhill into the busy shopping area of Tahtakale, and into the scent laden Spice Bazaar and pick up some traditional baklava or Turkish Delight.
For a spot of luxury shopping then look no further than Nişantaşı. Label lovers can indulge in the likes of Louis Vuitton, Prada and Gucci, while also exploring a wealth of Turkish designers too. There's plenty of coffee shops to stop off in along the way.

Boasting rooms, suites and contemporary serviced apartments in the heart of Mayfair on Piccadilly, The Athenaeum Hotel and Residences, is a luxury hotel with a difference thanks to its verdant Living Wall and illustrious past.
Overlooking Green Park, the building was once the elegant private home of MP Henry Hope in 1850. A striking property, the mansion was said to have attracted the attention of Charles Dickens, who noted its extravagant interiors. When Henry Hope died, Hope House was sold to the fashionable Junior Athenaeum Club, where it became immensely popular with the high ranks of London society.
Loosely translated as 'library', ‘Athenaeum’ is derived from the Greek name Athena, the goddess of wisdom. The noble name stayed at 116 Piccadilly in the 1930s as the club disbanded and the building was transformed into a luxurious Art Deco apartment block. Four decades later, the Athenaeum and its neighbouring Victorian townhouses were bought up by British entertainment group The Rank Organisation, before being renovated into a hotel to house movie stars whenever they were filming at the capital's famous Pinewood and Ealing Studios.
Over the years, the hotel has seen many famous faces come and go, including Elizabeth Taylor and Steven Spielberg, who even installed an editing suite in one of the hotel's residences when working on E.T and Raiders of the Lost Ark. Boy band Take That announced their devastating split in the 90's from the penthouse.
Today, the rooms, suites and private residences are as elegant as ever. Celebrating the hotel’s proud heritage, as well as showcasing bespoke British craftsmanship with a nod to its Art Deco roots, guests can enjoy wonderful views across the royal park thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows bringing the outside in.
Modern amenities, spacious bathrooms, and a neutral colour palette with jewel toned accents and bold artwork on the walls, make for truly comfortable living in this five-star establishment. The suites in particular offer spacious sitting areas and even more windows to admire the fabulous views across the park and down the vibrant Piccadilly street.
What's more, with the hotel's dog-friendly policy, no member of the family gets left behind thanks to the VIPUP Package. Pampered pooches can stay in the hotel & residences, as well as dine on the pretty al-fresco terrace, for just £40 per dog. They will even be treated to a deep-filled, hypoallergenic mattress, ceramic food and water bowls, a gourmet dish from the Mini Bar(k) Menu and a fetching bow tie, alongside some tasty treats to take home. Dog sitting, walking and grooming services are
available for a supplementary fee.
Children can make the most of a tailor-made kids concierge questionnaire that ensures all a child’s favourite things are in the bedroom on arrival, even offering milk and cookies before bed! Also on offer are interconnecting bedrooms with a child bed or bunkbeds on request, a children's menu and complimentary use of kites and bikes, as well as supplies to feed the swans and ducks. If it is raining or guests fancy staying in the hotel, films, games and colouring books are on also available; as well as the luxurious spa and 24-hour gym for grown-ups!
Dining wise, 116 at The Athenaeum is a modern restaurant offering seasonal menus and all-day dining. Headed up by Executive Chef, Ian Howard, the restaurant's quintessentially British afternoon tea is one to be savoured.
Inspired by Fondant Fancies and the natural beauty of the hotel's living wall and the nearby Royal Parks, the tea menu features a selection of sandwiches including Maldon cured smoked salmon with horseradish creme fraiche and dill on Guinness bread; Coronation chicken on Khobez bread; and Singaporean Kaya eggs on overnight sourdough.
Sandwiches are served alongside warm scones, English clotted cream and Tiptree jam ,while pretty sweet treats are presented on an ornamental tree, with delights including a forest fruit tart; Mimosa cake; Strawberry and Cream; and a Matcha Yuzu cake. Each season, Executive Chef Kevin Fawkes and his culinary team craft a delicate fondant fancy as a nod to this timeless classic.
You can make the tea even more special and personalised with the hotel's Blending Experience. The ritual builds on the hotel’s ethos of “Stay Individual”, and guided by the trained team, guests can explore 45 bespoke ingredients - crafted by renowned Master Tea Blender Alex Probyn - including English-grown tea from Cornwall by Tregothnan, and seasonal botanicals like cherry black, coconut fruit and rose petals, before being asked a few thoughtful questions about their tea taste and scent preferences before their own perfect blend is revealed. The blending experience package includes a unique cocktail that builds on the seasonal flavours of the afternoon tea dining experience, while your tea is delicately blended, with both an alcoholic and non-alcoholic option. To include the blending experience upgrade, Afternoon Tea costs £85 per person.
It's these special touches and more, that truly make a stay at The Athenaeum feel like a home from home. Everyone is welcomed and nothing is too much, this is true hospitality at its finest.

With a belief of bringing people and community together through a love of wine and food, Porte Noire celebrates life through a series of authentic encounters.
More than just a wine bar, Porte Noire was born out of a shared passion for wine between Frenchman and oenophile, David Farber and Renaissance man, Idris Elba, well known actor and musician who is best known for his roles in the Wire, Luther and Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom.
David’s wealth of knowledge and experience in the wine trade and Idris’s verve and eye for what’s next has enabled them to curate a delicious and unique collection of wines.
This venture first came about after Idris and David visited the historical and prestigious Sanger viticultural school in Champagne, France, in 2018. By 2020 the first bottles of the now critically acclaimed Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru vintage Champagne rolled out of cellars. Following the success of their debut collaboration, the duo set their sights on finding the next exclusive Porte Noire selection. After an exploratory trip to Provence, the pair settled with Château Sainte Marguerite - a
classified, family owned estate in Côtes de Provence. Château Sainte Marguerite Porte Noire is a mineral, crisp, refreshing, certified organic top-end Provence rosé. Finally, the Petite Porte champagne was added to the collection filling the need for an everyday very well made champagne. Perfect for summer, the rose is delightful when paired with dishes from the welcoming Porte Noire gastronomic wine bar and restaurant in King's Cross. Showcasing the best seasonal produce, the menu focuses on simple ingredients, cooked well to show off the best of the food as well as the wine. Highlights include Sicilian seafood couscous with tuna and mussel broth; grilled Iberico pork pluma; and their incredible vegetarian steak tartare - with tomatoes, capers, and onion. The chickpea chips are also not to be missed, as well as the coconut and Thai lime panna cotta that works perfectly as a palette cleanser. The homemade white wine jelly on the magnificent cheeseboard is also a must-try for summer!
Porte Noire King’s Cross was recently awarded 2 AA Rosettes for culinary excellence in 2024 and it isn't hard to see why. The menu is wonderful with elevated comfort food worthy of accompanying the bar's best bottles.

Champagne Billecart-Salmon was founded with the marriage of Nicolas-François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon in 1818. Situated in the village of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, near Epernay. Champagne Billecart-Salmon is still a family-run organisation with seventh generation Mathieu Roland-Billecart today overseeing business.
Billecart-Salmon's exceptional prestige cuvée was created in 1964 as a tribute to the House’s co-founder Nicolas-François Billecart. Crafted from a meticulous selection of great Crus from the classified vineyards of Montagne de Reims (Pinot Noir) and Côte des Blancs (Chardonnay), the blend is 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. The 2012 vintage was a good year, regarded by some as the greatest vintage of its decade, even despite the challenging weather thanks to severe early frosts and then much-needed late summer warmth. The perfectly ripened grapes, offer both richness and vibrant acidity. A portion of the grapes were vinified in oak and the wine was aged for 10 years on the lees.
The Lakes Distillery has launched Signature - its first permanent style of sherry-led whisky. Gaining a reputation for their unique and modern approach to whisky flavour creation, The Lakes Distillery was acquired by luxury English drinks brand Nyetimber last year, and is one to watch in the new world of whisky. Whiskymaker Sarah Burgess has created Signature using The Lakes Distillery’s renowned technique of élevage - traditionally associated with fine wines and cognacs, and a rarity in the world of whisky-making - which involves making intentional changes throughout the spirit’s maturation to nurture desired characteristics. By altering the location and climate of maturing casks, moving the whisky between cask types, and combining whisky from different casks, élevage provides endless possibilities to evolve an abundance of new and intriguing flavours.
Signature brings together discoveries from over a decade of exploration by the distillery’s whiskymakers, who have embraced the art of élevage and sherry cask ageing to create exceptional whiskies in the beautiful surroundings of England’s Lake District.
Offering aromas of rich polished oak, sumptuous dried fruits, pecan nuts, dark chocolate and a touch of orange zest, the full-bodied whisky boasts tasting notes of baking spices, sweet sultanas, raisins, and figs, giving way to stewed orchard fruits, a burst of citrus, and opulent notes of treacle intertwined with the depth of oak.

The Original Ten encapsulates the signature smooth and multi-layered character of Benriach. Three cask matured for at least ten years in bourbon barrels, sherry casks and virgin oak, to create layers of luscious orchard fruit, sumptuous honeyed malt and toasted oak, all interwoven with a subtle trace of smoke.

The Glendronach is one of the world’s most exceptional richly-sherried Single Malt whiskies, born from Scotland’s rugged, windswept landscape. The Highland spirit matures in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks from Andalucía, Spain, which provides the whisky with its natural colour and unlocks complex wood and wine derived flavours. Within the collection, the 12 Year Old provides a flagship expression whilst the 15 Year Old offers a rich and refined serve.

The latest expression from Torabhaig, the Isle of Skye distillery, is a celebration of the Sleat Peninsula, with artwork by local artist Ellis O’Connor adorning the label inspired by the energy and movement of the natural world.
The fourth chapter in its Legacy Series, Sound of Sleat, has been named after the narrow sea that runs beside the distillery, and shares its name with the Sleat Peninsula on which the distillery sits, Sound of Sleat continues the tradition of Torabhaig whiskies evoking the atmospheric mists and rugged beauty of The Misty Isle.
Fully matured in American oak (Quercus Alba) using new oak casks and ex-bourbon casks, this expression ebbs and flows with citrus and spice, a maritime saltiness, and rich smoke like a beach bonfire in Spring. Showcasing the elegant smoke for which the distillery is famous and bringing to life the ‘smoke with taste’ philosophy that flows through every drop the distillery produces.
Tasting notes on the nose include delicate orange lead followed by touches of apricot and popcorn lending sweetness to the maritime seaweed that echoes in the glass. Subtle pipe tobacco adds to the elegant smokiness and is rounded out by honey, vanilla and boiled sweets.
Sound of Sleat is the latest in The Torabhaig Legacy Series, a collection of Single Malts from the Isle of Skye distillery that charts Torabhaig’s journey to 10-year-old and the experimental steps to establishing a future flagship expression which embodies the house style of well-tempered peat.

In fact, Rosé Champagne now accounts for 11% of all Champagne styles shipped to the UK, with Rosé Champagne shipments having grown by 450% since 1996!
Therefore, in honour of Rosé Champagne’s popularity, the Champagne Bureau UK* shares its insights into the world of Rosé Champagne, as well as how to pair it with a range of summer dishes.
Rosé Champagne can range from soft to deep pink and from
light to full-bodied, with the wine being produced in one of two ways. Blended Rosés are obtained by mixing white wines with 5-20% of red wines, while macerated Rosés are created by macerating the juice of black grapes in their skins for 36 hours. Depending on the grapes used and the method of production chosen, Rosé Champagnes can develop varying aromas. These may be fresh, with notes of citrus fruits and wild strawberries, or smoother and more powerful, creating aromas of ripe yellow fruits and small red fruits. Or, Rosé Champagnes may be more complex, associating fruity aromas, such as that of wild berries, with notes of undergrowth. In fact, as they age, aromas become more structured and full-bodied, incorporating scents of dried fruits and spices, with the oldest even displaying toasty notes.

What to pair with your Rosé Champagne will largely depend on the wine itself. For example, lighter or drier Rosés pair best with deep water fish such as salmon, tuna and trout, particularly when served with citrus fruit, like lemon, or crispy vegetables. This also makes sushi and sashimi a great option for enjoying alongside a lighter Rosé.
No foods are more synonymous with summer than those cooked on a barbeque - think beef burgers, lamb skewers and pork sausages. These robust dishes pair beautifully with more mature rosés, which showcase stronger berry flavours and brioche - particularly when seasoned with warmer spices, such as cumin, saffron, and white pepper.
When choosing ingredients to pair with more mature rosés, lighter dishes can also be paired. This is because the complex flavours of the wine, particularly those found in Vintage Rosé Champagnes, should take centre stage, with light seafood-based dishes, fresh summer vegetables, and charcuterie boards featuring soft cheeses such as goats cheese, the ideal accompaniment.
When it comes to dessert, look no further than the British summer classic of strawberries and cream. Originally introduced by Thomas Wolsey (King Henry VIII’s right-hand-man) and now a staple of the Wimbledon Championships, this dessert pairs beautifully with the fruity notes of a Rosé Champagne.

Bentley Motors vast commitment to craftsmanship is no secret, from the impressive models they create, their vision extends far beyond the walls of their Crewe based factory and can be seen in everything they do.
Such drive and commitment can only be paired with the very best of respective fields, and that includes the brand's meticulous selection of brand partners.
A collaboration several years in the making, Bentley has partnered with renowned master whisky makers, The Macallan to create an incredibly special product.
The Macallan is one of Scotland’s most renowned distilleries, located in the heart of the revered Speyside region. The team pride craftsmanship and quality above all else. Today, the distillery’s name is synonymous with the production of exceptional single malts, that have captivated whisky enthusiasts for decades and accumulated numerous accolades over the years.
Since 2021, Bentley has been working with The Macallan on a collaboration that celebrates the shared values between both world-renowned brands. Combining expertise from the worlds of exceptional single malt whisky and extraordinary automotive design, The Macallan Horizon not only encapsulates the rich heritage of both brands but also showcases their united vision when it comes to artisan craftsmanship and shared journey into the future.
Strictly limited, due to the techniques and materials involved in its creation, The Macallan Horizon has been created in just one size, 70cl.
Presented in a breath-taking, innovative horizontal bottle, the vessel has taken inspiration from the unique form of the cars that Bentley create. Look closer and you will begin to appreciate the attention to detail. The sculpture and vessel sit on a plinth that has been handcrafted using oak from The Macallan’s casks, and then carefully lined with chestnut-coloured leather. At one end of the vessel lies the closure: a cap inspired by the design of the rotary Drive Dynamics Control knob used to select the driving mode in every modern Bentley.
Inspired by The Macallan’s ‘Six Pillars’ foundation stones, The Macallan Horizon brings together six materials: glass, leather, wood, copper, aluminium and the whisky itself. Many of them are used extensively by both brands. Here, however, they have been used in innovative new ways, to create something truly unique.
The choice of materials can also be seen as a demonstration of both brands’ commitment to sustainability. The sculpture that surrounds the vessel is finished with Bentley’s sustainably sourced Crown Cut Walnut veneer, while its copper frame includes material repurposed from copper stills previously used by The Macallan, prior to the opening of its new distillery in 2019.

The twisting 180 degree aluminium structure that encases the vessel bears a deliberate resemblance to a twisting, shimmering ribbon. A reference to the sculptural bodywork of Bentley cars, the aluminium has been precision-engineered to deliver the same strength, versatility and stunning visual impact of the cars. The use of glass evokes the experience of driving a Bentley, where extreme performance and exquisite luxury are illuminated by light filtered through glass, and finally the sculpture is lined with carbon-neutral leather, completing the picture.
A work of art, as well as a masterfully crafted whisky, The Macallan Horizon is a sophisticated, bold and, above all, rare single malt whisky. Kirsteen Campbell, Master Whisky Maker at The Macallan has drawn from six firstfill sherry barrels to create a whisky with intensity and effortless style. By combining the whisky in each of the six casks, the master distillers at The Macallan have been able to ensure it achieves the perfect balance of flavours. Rich dried fruit and spice notes are balanced with aromas evocative of oak and leather, while a sustained finish mirrors the timeless quality of Bentley design. In a further nod to the Six Pillars, the whisky’s alcohol content by
volume (ABV) is precisely 46.6%.
To truly experience the whiskey, as well as the sustainabilitydriven values that both brands share, Bentley are offering guests to joining one of their partnership drives.

Space, setting, stations and schools form part of nearly all buyers’ and renters search criteria when looking for their next home in the capital. But when it comes to particular features, there are a few that rank highly for those considering their next move.
The five with significant pulling power for buyers include:
1. Off-street parking. Any parking space is an asset in the city, but knowing you’ve got one on your doorstep makes life that little bit easier, especially when you’re laden with shopping and young children. It can also make electric car charging more straightforward.
2. A separate playroom. Being able to shut away toys and clutter can be extremely desirable for certain buyers, again, particularly those with younger children. Ideally, a playroom will be accessible to the kitchen so that children can still be watched over during meal preparation.
3. A large kitchen/dining room. Open-plan living is well and truly here to stay and with the kitchen remaining the hub of the home for most families, it’s important that the space serves a variety of purposes. A dining area – which doubles up as a place to work and where children are able to study – can be key, as is an area to relax and socialise.
4. Downstairs utility and cloakroom. Over the years, utilities have largely moved away from the kitchen into a separate room, ensuring that certain household chores can remain out of sight and sound. For some, especially those with growing families, they are essential with features such as dog showers and areas to air laundry also coming into play. A cloakroom to store coats, school bags and shoes is another bonus.
5. Several bathrooms. In addition to a family bathroom, an en-suite to a principal bedroom is expected, but a home that has three or more will secure serious brownie points among buyers. Whether it’s for visiting family members and guests, older children or for a nanny, there is sufficient buyer appetite for multiple bathrooms.
Meanwhile, for renters, the main draws are:
1. High-quality interiors. Today’s renters are increasingly drawn to turn-key homes with modern fixtures and fittings. Neutral walls and contemporary finishes allow tenants to personalise the space and feel at home from day one. A clean, stylish interior not only enhances appeal but can also command a higher rental value.
2. Space to work from home. Working from home, for many, is here to stay, and so having a dedicated space to set up and leave a laptop or monitor can help sway a decision on whether the property is right for a prospective tenant. An office might not necessarily be a smaller bedroom or a separate study; it may be a large landing or a wide hallway that could host a desk and chair.
3. Outdoor space. The desire for outdoor space shows no signs of fading. Whether it’s a private balcony, a communal garden, a small courtyard, or a generous lawn, outdoor areas are a major draw. Well-presented gardens or terraces can make a lasting impression and often tip the balance when renters are choosing between properties.
4. Multiple bathrooms. Much like London buyers, having more than one bathroom is an important attribute. Whether it’s a two-bedroom flat or a five-bedroom family house, having more than one bathroom is increasingly as a must. An en suite, guest bathroom or even a second WC provides flexibility for hosting friends, accommodating families, or simply easing the morning rush.
5. Storage. The nature of renting may mean that tenants move house more regularly, and as the years go by, our belongings accumulate. Having a good amount of storage, whether that’s built in or free-standing, may help tip the balance, particularly in smaller one and two-bedroom apartments.
It is important to remember that what is a must-have for one person could be an unnecessary feature for another, and much also depends on the layout and square footage of a home. What’s true of all moves is that your property appeals to as many as possible, thus increasing your chances of securing the right buyer or tenant and achieving the best value possible.
