KIN KIN Community Group (KKCG) has commenced a weekly community sports program and dinner night called ‘Fun and Feed.’ Held every Wednesday from 4pm to 7pm, until June 21, offering sports skills and social games with the term’s focus sport, League Tag. An initiative to bring Kin Kin Community together, offering sports for juniors to adults, and offering a community dinner, it kicked off in May for a 7 week program. All welcome and we encourage all of the community to attend and regularly connect. Side games are also set up for all ages to enjoy and cater for all sporting levels.

This program is supported by the Pomona & District Community House, who also see the need for connecting our hinterland communities, and the importance of community connection, being a remote community. The KKCG hopes to continue on next term with a new sport of focus provided on funding support.
