Gourmet Inspiration range! Seasonings Pacific Potlach

Masa Tortilla Flour

Chipotle Adobo Mexicana

Traditional Prairie Poultry

Potlatch literally means “giving” in Native Pacific American language. This fruity and mildly hot seasoning is a gift to meat and salmon. Use seasoning as a rub on meat or add to hearty soups and stews to build flavour.

Traditional ‘masa’ is a very finely ground corn flour made from corn that has been dried, cooked, ground up & dried again. Masa flour is used to make authentic tortillas, tamales, & other Mexican dishes.

This Mexican adobo (or rub) is mainly used as a marinade or seasoning mix on beef, chicken or fish. For an authentic flavour, mix with oil and vinegar to create a paste. Add a pinch of brown sugar to taste.

This seasoning is perfect to enhance your stuffing. Just add melted butter, bread pieces, chopped onion (or Country Style Roasted Onion Dip Mix) and a dash of water for additional moisture, and you have the most amazing stuffing!
