Kids Self-Defense and Safety
Jeet Kune Do for Kids
Age 5–17 This course is designed to develop coordination, balance, attention span and basic self-defense movements in a fun structured environment. Instructor will cover different issues on safety. Instructor’s approval required for enrollment beyond White Belt. There are optional Supply Fees ($40 uniform fee and $10 belt advancement) payable to instructor.
Age 6–12 Come and learn the martial art that Bruce Lee developed. This class focuses on discipline, respect, self-defense, confidence, fitness, and fun. Please bring a water bottle and wear shoes.
