Undergraduate Platform Project
Groundworks Multiple trips were made over the span of 6 months to the work closely with our production factories in Indonesia and Guangzhou. First, to understand the production and limitations such that our design can be refined to better suit production. Second, to ensure that quality is not compromised during mass production, we had to work closely with our manufacturers and conduct rounds of inspections on the finished products. Such provided value insights on manufacturing and how we as designers can make more informed decisions geared towards smoother production.
