PARKS Growing up I spent a lot of my time in parks; the idea behind the project was to look at my own past and places that I have grown up in. As I started to look at parks and council run spaces in more detail I began to look at areas that I wasn’t as familiar with and to try and find similarities with the parks that I already knew. During the project I photographed parks throughout the north west of England. The project is a nostalgic view of places that everyone has experienced at some point in their lives and is a look at how spaces are used and the sense of loss that you can feel when you look back at places you were once so familiar with
