APO GROUP OPENS IN LIVERPOOL AS PART OF NATIONWIDE EXPANSION

Management company brings membership-style model to city centre development

APO (A-PART-OF.COM) has announced the launch of Apo Liverpool, the operator’s third rental scheme and its first outside of London.

Located at The Copper House on The Strand, the development offers 382 new homes – a mix of furnished and unfurnished one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.

Through its flexible membership model and varied events programme, Apo Liverpool is designed to accommodate post-pandemic patterns in how we live, work and socialise from our homes.

Apo’s collection of resident services and members-only facilities include two flexible working areas, designed to extend residents’ living space, with free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout and coffee on tap.

‘The Local’ is complete with meeting areas, group tables and office pods, whilst ‘The Sky Lounge’ includes a fully-fitted kitchen and is the ideal place to meet up with friends and neighbours for a game night.

Other membership benefits include the Apo resident app, which tenants can use to remotely control their membership, arrange services such as cleaning, as well as message neighbours, set up their own social groups or book spaces at Apo Liverpool’s community events.
