Women & Wellness Inspo at Liverpool Yacht Club
Bringing women, businesses, and practitioners together to create a lasting change for the wellbeing of women in Liverpool
Wellness In The City, which began life as a concept in the mind of founder and serial networker Clare Ellis just last summer, has been reaping the rewards since its highly acclaimed inaugural launch at the end of January.

Clare and her team have been inundated with diverse marketing opportunities including delivering wellnessthemed events – with the latest being a collaboration with leading medical company DAM Health supporting women’s wellbeing.
Clare says: “We set out to appeal to corporate business, SMEs and the general public in terms of our growth strategy and it’s now producing dividends given all the approaches we’ve had.
“There’s a genuine demand for more wellness knowledge and expertise to be delivered across, for example, women’s and men’s health, workplace culture and values, neurodiversity, resilience and mindfulness, managing stress, and diversity and inclusion.

“Our collaboration with DAM Health will enable the audience to meet and chat with experts in so many subjects they can relate to and from feedback, we know they are actively seeking help in.
“These include hormone imbalance, gut health, why dieting doesn’t work for everyone, natural skincare, holistic makeup tips to suit all ages, supplementary health, female empowerment and education, and alternative holistic treatments.”

There will be plenty of wellness stalls to browse, a well-being speaker panel sharing their wisdom and responses to questions from guests on the night, plus networking opportunities, welcome drinks and the obligatory wellness goody bag.

Clare adds: “DAM Health decided to work with us given our connectedness to the sector and our following across the city and beyond. They have first-hand knowledge of the challenges many face with long NHS waiting lists and expensive private health care.

“DAM Health also offers a range of health tests, all conducted by their healthcare professionals in local clinics with a fast and easy booking process, and with a full consultation conducted by their clinicians, everyone can have peace of mind around their health.
“It’s an example of the perfect affinity partnership for us and we look forward to telling you about many more similar opportunities in the future.
