» YMCA AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS Providing care for children and families in Woburn, Winchester and Burlington.

Parents love YMCA after school, our family centered program that nurtures the whole child by providing homework support, health and wellness education, academic enrichment and social-emotional development.

Our staff of caring, trained educators are role models, who lead activities that provide empathy, leadership and character development. Parents can be productive at work knowing their children are in a safe and stimulating after school environment. All programs are licensed by the State Department of Early Education and Care.

» YMCA CHILDREN’S CENTER - Infants, Toddlers & Preschoolers Our program, located at 100 Sylvan Rd, is open MondayFriday 7:15-6:00 and offers full day/full year care for children 6 weeks-5 years.

Our curriculum aligns with the Massachusetts curriculum frameworks established for Infants and Toddlers and our Preschoolers follow the Focus on K0 program aligned with Boston Public Schools.

Your child will have fun learning through participation in art, music and play. Physical activity is also an important part of our program utilizing our brand new outdoor play space that features new turf surfacing, separate climbing structures and a covered sandbox.

» YOUTH/TEEN SPORTS NERF RIVAL BATTLEGROUNDS Come test your individual and team effectiveness as a participant in our Nerf RIVAL Battlegrounds! The RIVAL series features high-performance, high-speed Nerf blasters that are perfect for competitive, team- based play. If you have ever wanted to try out Paintball, this is a great, safe alternative! The RIVAL blasters use squishy Nerf pellets, which is perfect for competitive gaming because players can feel when they get hit, but the pellets don’t hurt like Paintball or Airsoft. This awesome program puts a fresh spin on traditional games like Capture the Flag, King of the Hill, and Zone Wars, while also allowing participants to get great exercise, learn strategic planning skills, and make new battle-tested friends. » YOUTH/TEEN SPORTS R3VAMP TRAINING Youth Ages: 8-12 This high energy class is built to assist children with the learning of multiple concepts that positively impact development.

Participants will work on improving coordination and body awareness, teaching and improving athletic movement patterns, building confidence in self, as well as overcoming fears, challenges and anxieties related to team building, communication and performance all while having fun! This class will also include elements of obstacle course and climbing wall work.

Adult Ages 18+ Work at your own pace. This class is meant to help anyone who wants to improve, both mentally and physically. It is designed to generally encompass all of the R3VAMP Elite training modalities. Improve upon speed and strength but also balance, body awareness and mindfulness. All of these methods are always used in conjunction with cognitive conditioning to assist with focus and sharpness. We welcome ANYONE to this class.

Senior Ages 50+ This class is meant to assist the senior community with cognitive sharpness, balance, body awareness and reaction including reasonable challenges and fun competition. When we as humans get older, our brain and body connection can weaken, so it is our goal to create R3VAMP sessions that help to assist with slowing down that process. Our goal with this class is to help those 50+ stay mentally and physically sharp in a safe, controlled and fun atmosphere. You may even get a little workout!

Elite Preparation Program Ages 13-25 This is the most intense class that R3VAMP offers (related to training practices and modalities) geared towards athletes who are looking to advance in their athletic careers. Whether growth in high school, college or professionally, our program is designed to improve overall development (body, mind and spirit) and help our athletes optimize confidence and performance in their pursuit of achieving “Flow State” on and off the field. This class can be made sport specific depending on interest.

The design of this unique program allows individuals of varying fitness levels to participate in the same session.
