Comments: I hope to be resonsible for training in my country some day!

Impact of DGL: I was given a puch to face some challenges, to try myself in different roles and responsabilities, to explore what are my strenghts and weaknesses :) I felt like I developped a lot that to DGL program- I received a lot of support, many people invested in me so now I want to invest in others (that’s why I want to pursue being a trainer/mentor/ supervisor in the future!)

Suggestions: I would see what kind of training we provide (sometimes you hear the same topic over and over again), continue with cohort groups (I loved this idea but I’ve heard it’s not longer available) and invested more in trainers and mentors for DGLs (we’ve received recently guidebooks which is super helpful!)

Anything we can celebrate with you? I’ve survived the previous week :D (was very intense...)

Prayer requests: for our DGLs and their future impact on others :)

Additional comments: Sending you a picture from “rekolekcje” we did in one school (it’s like spiritual retreat for students in the lent time- very Polish thing I guess!). Our DGL Weronika (the one who’s taking a selfie) was responsible for organizing “afterparty” in that school with the idea of having regular meeting with those kids during a school year (she hopefully will be our staff as well in the future!).

If you are you pursuing advanced degree, what are you studying? I want to sign up for coaching/training course- it’s not official education btw.
