YL Staff Role: Regional Admin

Comments: Great place to work and transition from being a DGL and becoming staff was really smooth. It is sometimes demanding though and usually very unusual ;)

Impact of DGL: Having a mentor (or actually mentors) right now feels so natural and i know it wouldn’t be the same if I hadn’t made the habit out of it during the program. Also, the DGL conferences were ones of the best in my life, I always came back very inspired, motivated and with some new dreams. Some of the take out from that time is still with me.

Suggestions: My heart breaks when I can see people quiting the program for different reasons. I know it is not possible to always pick the right people for it but I was wondering if there is any way to prevent from that. Maybe more follow up with the new DGLs - how they are doing, time management, vision setting? Or (in case of Europe at least) somehow making it more prestigious, so it is a bit more difficult to get on the program? Because in my view this is such an amazing chance for anyone!

Future involvement: Be a personal mentor for a student Be a prayer partner Participate in trainings

Anything we can celebrate with you?

Prayer requests: Please pray for the health of my kids in this infections season, because everything else (work, other involvement in YL, personal life) depends a lot on how they function on everyday basis.
