Role: I create automated tests for websites and applications, improve the process of quality and deployment of software systems.

Impact of DGL: The DGL program helped me achieve the goal of having a college degree. Also, it helped me develop leadership skills that have been useful in my professional career.

Suggestions: Although it’s clear that the amount received is a scholarship, it is important for the monthly help is constantly reviewed/updated with inflation and the cost of living, because when a student is in the final years of school it’s hard to remain part of DGL when the income is not enough to cover basic expenses. This comes from what I’ve learned of more recent DGL students that continue to have the same monthly amount that I did 8 years ago.
