Position: Engagement Marketing Supervisor

Role: Oversee a couple of engagement marketing channels for a home decor brand

Do you volunteer with Young Life: Yes

Volunteer Role: leader

Impact of DGL: The most profound impact it had was it helped me remain grounded and provided an avenue for me to regularly meet mentors and peers. College life is not easy and being a member of the ministry that time allowed me to shift focus away from studies, which was refreshing for a student. It also helped ease the financial burden off my parents.

Suggestions: I’d probably suggest a better way to monitor the schedules, activities, and journals of the participants. We can also add more touch points and check-ins between staff and volunteers and the participants, so we have clear delineation between professional and personal mentorship meetings.

Anything we can celebrate with you? Just started a new job, and so far so good! Also been more involved in our local parish - looking forward to what we can do to the kids here
