Far Rockaway Church of Nazarene co-developed an affordable housing project for 180 apartments which included retaining the first and second floor of the building for use as a new church and community facilities. The sanctuary can host 700 people and has extensive audio-visual facilities with a 13 by 25 ft LED video screens available for use by community and community performance, wedding banquets and events. In close collaboration with contractor, engineer, and consultants, WQB has been working on the project since late 2019, seeing the project through from concept to construction. FRCC opened to the public on the 2nd of Auguest 2022.

Workingwith Peen Sought Capital Management to convert the existing 3-story commercial building to a mixed-use building, including retail spaces, 9 luxury rental apartments, and 4th-floor addition.
The project includes analyzing ZLDA documents, zoning, and code regulation for the proposed 4th-floor addition, which parcel of the new building component will be underneath the adjacent building cantilever massing.

TWWhedesgine team assisted the Church of Nazarene for the proposed rezoning and development at 1098 Utica Avenue hopes to bring many of the aforementioned services more, in one central location, anchored by a neighborhood-based house of worship. Working with Urban Cartographics, WQB Architecture designed a new 14 story building with 190 affordable apartments and community facility sapces.

Thisnew 227-unit condominium building plus retail space on the 1st floor in midtown Manhattan. Located in proximity to the Lincoln Tunnel, the design evokes the vibe of the neighborhood. The clean and seamless curtain wall and irregularly arranged terrace create a primary grid, while metal spandrels and floor to floor window create modern, tactile layers which delineate the scale of the façade.

Thismixed-use 18-story tower in the heart of midtown Manhattan, Dyer Ave is a residential mass above Lincoln tunnel driveway and provides an accessible green public park on the ground level. The podium and residential towers portions of the building are demarcated by complementary white curtain walls in horizontal bulk. Double height lobbies of the respective spaces open up to the West 38 street through curtain glass walls. These are mirrored on the façade and the random terrace arranged around the building. There is two levels of the sky green park proposed on the 9th floor and the top floor has mezzanine apartments with their own double-height living spaces, and a roof deck contains numerous amenities.

High-end hotel in the work for Bethel, a 100 keys hotel and 75,000square feet of retail and professional office space are planned for the intersection of routes 17B and 55 in the hamlet of White Lake in Sullivan County.
Plans for the Unscripted hotel include a large outdoor pool house and fitness center; expansive meetings and event space; and two food and beverage outlets, including a 2,000-square-foot restaurant and a graband-go eatery.

The five-story building will house 67 residential affordable housing units. This project converts the existing church of the Nazarene property to five-story building and development with a local contractor and real estate agency. In the Fall studio project, we proposed “A cultural / institutional mixed use extension of CUNY, the City College of New York, a waterside Campus plan for the development of the BNY including but not limited to a core structure (or set of structures) with a total of some 50,000 square feet to 100,000 square feet, dedicated to the physical sciences; oceanic,atmospheric, ecological and environmental.
My idea is to generate space comes from two continuity surface which in between the space can develop and transform the room into a library, laboratory, classrooms, and café, etc. Indeed, my proposal was to make exterior tand interior space has no boundary and makes the campus could be a sculpture inside the Brooklyn Navy Yard.

Thisis a project explores radical changes transforming the surface of the existing city beyond cities. Conceived how to provide a new urban space in an existing high-density city. The idea comes from what is a space and how space defines by function and form. Original research that addresses a compact urban environment and socioeconomic issues.
Space can be generated by two simple lines also space could form by three-point. Indeed, space could be a single unit or as a cluster has organized composition.
By defined the connection between space relation of the interior to exterior, I found an interesting phenomenon which is the unceasing space sequence. The phase makes me have an idea that I could design space and space would rise by a continuity surface topology. This is the first step to develop a space condition by previous research. What’s the next approaching of the infinity dimension.
I apply the unceasing connection in an urban space attempt to reform a city landscape. The basic function in the city’s ground level is for commute or to link point by point. Yet if the ground level has altered landscape form what the city will be? What’s the novel prototype of continuous urban architectural type?

Theproject is designed for single family and private use. In this case, I cooperated with an architect for assisting the 2D, 3D and design development which strengthen my professional skill also increase my professional acknowledges.
The project suspended for 3 threes long until July 2017 is completed. Built on a hillside, House S intentionally elevates the living space to provide privacy while offering a comfortable outdoor activity
space for families. An undulating wall running through the building defines the exterior and interior, separating the public space from the private. Within the building, the wall encircles the master bedroom and children’s room, forming the two main spaces, private and secure. Between the public and private spaces on each floor, three staggered terraces provide three different lifestyles and settings, enabling the owner and their children to retain their private spaces but also enjoy enriching interactions.
