YellowKorner offers you a colourful Christmas with our “Photo Rainbow� collection, a meeting point between the colourful pop world of a series of photographs in limited and numbered editions and chromatic creations by the designer Jean-Charles de Castelbajac. Jean-Charles de Castelbajac tirelessly explores new mediums of expression, the designer did not hesitate to invest the YellowKorner galleries and revamps their visual identity with his favourite three-coloured stamp: ardent red, electric blue and sun yellow. Since its creation, YellowKorner has multiplied its artistic partnerships to promote the big names and emerging talents in photography. Combining their passion for creation, YellowKorner and Jean-Charles de Castelbajac are celebrating the holiday season together, under the banner of pop culture. On this occasion, Jean-Charles de Castelbajac has created a book in a limited-edition series of 700 copies dedicated by the artist, published by YellowKorner in association with the publishing house TeNeues. For the first time, Fashion, Art & Rock’n’Roll retraces the major productions of his career, always at the point of intersection between art and fashion; from his iconic fashion creations, to his landmark artistic collaborations.

At YellowKorner, the frame is a key product, sublimating each photograph with perfect subtlety. For the Christmas collection, JeanCharles de Castelbajac and YellowKorner worked hand in hand to create an exclusive edition of the ArtShot frame. The designer adorned it with his characteristic forms and fetish primary colours, offering a festive edition of the frame for the Artshots collection: numbered photographic prints limited to 5 000 copies, in 24x36 cm format, enhanced by a luminous white or deep black passe-partout.

YellowKorner sets the tone for spending a colourful end of year holiday season. The publisher is presenting a luxury black gift box containing a photograph in acidulous pop shades, enhanced by a premium finish in acrylic glass. The Colourful in a limited and numbered edition of 999 copies, brings together the most beautiful works in the collection in the 48x32 cm format.

ABOUT JEAN-CHARLES DE CASTELBAJAC Jean-Charles de Castelbajac is among a handful of transgenerational designers. Not so much for the creations in themselves, but for the total and polymorphic body of work he has been developing for decades. His thinking is a kind of rhizome that launches a thousand concepts in a thousand directions and each gives rise to a creation, a sound, a partnership, a display, or a design. He is a tentacular artist who cannot be defined by the field of fashion alone. He affixes, assembles, subverts, appropriates, cites, parodies, creates mise en abymes and uses everything that manufacturers of images such as cinema, art, Disney, TV, comics and fashion present to us.
