The Shaquille O’Neal Foundation is a non-profit charity located in Las Vegas, NV that focuses it’s efforts on impacting the underserved youth by providing a positive role model in their communities. Currently, they are in search of production assistance for many different collateral pieces to support an upcoming charity event that are outlined below.
Sign up by February 28 to qualify for up to $650 in savings and 12,000 Total Return Credits. You and your enrolled spouse/domestic partner must complete a Biometric Screening and Wellbeing Assessment to continue receiving medical contribution savings after April 1, 2022.

WELLBEING ASSESSMENT Starting January 1

To earn rewards, you must complete your screening and assessment as well as participate in activities. Wellbeing activities will be available throughout the year on the WebMD platform, allowing you and your enrolled spouse or domestic partner to earn up to 12,000 in Total Return.
