The Shaquille O’Neal Foundation is a non-profit charity located in Las Vegas, NV that focuses it’s efforts on impacting the underserved youth by providing a positive role model in their communities. Currently, they are in search of production assistance for many different collateral pieces to support an upcoming charity event that are outlined below.

1. Foundation Letterhead | 2 hours

Finalize the design for one letterhead with existing artwork | 1 hour

Two rounds of revisions | 1 hour

2. Second invite | 6 hours

Design for invite (up to 3 layout directions) | 3 hours

Design (4) inserts | 2 hours (.5 hour per insert)

Two rounds of revisions | 1 hour

3. Program book/auction book | 60 hours

Front and back cover design

Placement of sponsor ads, copy and content for auction packages (up to 5 rounds of revisions included)

Program Admissions Flyers

4. Event collateral (Credentials, step and repeat, table signage, menus) |

Total | $4,600 | 92 hours ($50/hour)

It is valid for 30 days. 40% invoiced immediately; remainder invoiced before delivery of final artwork. 1.5% interest charged after 30 days.
