It is simply a vacuum valve inside the suction head, no moving parts, NEVER break. Powerful output, 100L/minute for water. Air consumption: 360L /min.
Available for following applications:
Steel barrel with coolant release valve and pipe, we can provide if needed
Common plastic barrel (coolant release valve can be easily fitted if needed) Any of your used oil barrel can be adopted, easy to operate, convenient to move from machine to machine. Metal chips, small components or spilled coolant around machine area or on floor can be conveniently collected and recycled
Can be used on large oil drum for coolant tank cleaning and maintenance. Coolant can be quickly pumped to the oil drum, chips collected by the small barrel. Return the coolant back to machine tank by the release valve, then pump the remaining coolant at bottom of oil drum, if any, to the small barrel What you have to do is to cut a hole on the oil drum to allow the suction head to put in. The diameter of hole is 200mm, no accuracy needed, can be easily cut by acetylene cutting
Mesh-net for chip and coolant filtration is available
It is a helpful oil skimmer, it can quickly collect the floating tramp oil from the coolant tank, then to release the coolant back to coolant tank after a while when all oil floats on top
Also available for very light and fine powder collection Need also powder bag to collect the light powder that may goes out with the exhausted air?
