-Intercity bus station (north).

-Temporary housing for refugees atop the bus station.

-Apartments with shared courtyards and rooftop gardens (center).

-Shops underneath the abandoned highway (east).

-Abandoned highway as pedestrian bridge and running track.

-Abandoned fish farm transformed into an shared farm/garden for the locals and the refugee.

-Automobile lanes redesigned for pedestrian safety.
