TERMOFORM AMBALAJ MAKİNEMİZ ŞASE YAPISI : Tamamen paslanmaz çelik levhalar ve miller üzerine monte edilmiş istasyonlar ile paketlemeyi sağlayan uzun ömürlü ve ileri teknoloji Termoform makinesidir. Güçlü şase sayesinde; Isıtma, Şekil verme, Dolum, Yapıştırma ve Kesme üniteleri esnemeden çalışır. Sonuç olarak paketlerin şekil ve kesme ölçülerinde görüntü bozukluğu yaşanmaz. Tüm istasyonların Servo sistemi ile dizayn edilmesi, makinenin uyum içinde çalışmasını sağlar. Şekil verme maça sisteminin Servo ile hareket etmesi daha ince folyo ile daha derin şekil almasını sağlar ve folyo tüketimi daha ekonomiktir. Vakumlu ve gaz üniteli Termoform makinelerinde, zincir çekme hareketi Servo ile alınır. Vakum ve gaz zımbaları sağlıklı çalışır. Geçme kalıp sistemi ile kalıp değişimlerinde zaman kaybı ve deformasyon yaşanmaz. THERMOFORMING PACKAGING MACHINE CHASSIS STRUCTURE: Long-lasting and advanced technology Thermoform machine for packaging with stations mounted on completely stainless steel plates and shafts. Thanks to the powerful chassis; Heating, Forming, Filling, Sealing and Cutting units run rigidly. Consequently no deformation in the appearance of package forms and cutting dimensions occur. Servo system design of all stations ensures that the machine runs in harmony. Servo movement of the forming core system enables taking deeper form with thinner folio and consumes the folio more economically. Chain pull movement in vacuum and gas unit equipped Thermoform machines is enabled by Servo. Vacuum and gas punches run smoothly. Time loss and deformation will not occur in mold replacements thanks to the mold fitting system.
