Located in the country of Costa Rica, it includes tropical forests and coasts on the Caribbean and the Pacific, a place full of peace and harmony, covered with an incandescent green.
San José, capital of Costa Rica, is located in the Central Valley region with the Talamanca mountain range to the south and volcanoes to the north.
Colinas Pacificas, is located 25km southwest of the canton of Perez Zeledon and 12km from Dominical, on the San Isidro - Dominical road.
The Colinas Pacificas Park, a residential area covered by nature with private access roads, with an area of 51.12 hectares.
Property P-11 of 4754 square meters is located 375 meters from the main access to the Colinas Pacificas Park. The property has mountain views and a small clearing overlooking the coast, its topography is irregular, with slight difficulty to navigate it.
Our purpose is to design a comfortable, spacious and modern house, taking as an object of contemplation the environment and the open view of the coast. The house is developed on a wide hill, filling a series of “Scenes” with beautiful views in each space, framing nature and being part of the design.
