Azienda Fondata nel 2003 dai fratelli Tortora è cresciuta grazie all’esperienza tecnica ed artigianale e alla passione dei suoi fondatori e del suo team, ed oggi è un’azienda che ambisce a diventare un importante punto di riferimento per la sua clientela nel mercato dell’impianto di scarico in Italia e nel mondo. Il nuovo piano di ristrutturazione aziendale ha trasformato il nostro impianto produttivo ampliandolo da 2000 a 5000 mq; gli ultimi macchinari acquistati insieme a quelli già in nostro possesso hanno portato un’innovazione di prim’ordine. Il reparto produttivo è costantemente supportato dal Dipartimento di Ricerca e Sviluppo che, sempre aggiornato sulle novità del settore dei veicoli industriali, riesce a riprodurre tutti i più moderni sistemi di scarico mantenendo aggiornata la nostra gamma di prodotti e permettendoci di esser sempre pronti a rispondere alle nuove esigenze del mercato. Il nostro Dipartimento di Engineering, in collaborazione con le migliori università di Ingegneria di Napoli, si avvale di un continuo aggiornamento per la progettazione di impianti di scarico nel settore veicoli industriali e del supporto dei migliori programmi di progettazione 2D/3D e di bracci antropomorfi ScanArm che forniscono al reparto produttivo gli strumenti per realizzare un prodotto estremamente fedele al modello originale. Il magazzino è fornito di circa 20.000 codici sempre disponibili. Cos’è l’SCR SCR significa Selective Catalytic Reduction: riduzione catalitica dei gas di scarico. Questa tecnologia richiede l’uso di un prodotto chiamato AUS 32 (ma largamente noto come AdBlue, oppure DEF negli USA o ARLA 32 in Brasile) per ridurre gli ossidi d’azoto (NOx). Quasi tutti i maggiori costruttori hanno deciso di adottare questa tecnologia per soddisfare i limiti legislativi sulle emissioni di NOx. Le tecnologie alternative infatti determinano consumi di carburante più elevati e maggiori livelli di CO2. In definitiva la tecnologia SCR è la soluzione più economica per rispettare i limiti di emissioni di NOx. I principali componenti di un sistema SCR sono: il catalizzatore, l’iniettore di AdBlue, il serbatoio di AdBlue e il sistema di controllo dell’iniezione di AdBlue. L’AdBlue è iniettato nella tubazione di scarico, a monte del catalizzatore SCR e a valle del motore. Il prodotto, riscaldato dai gas di scarico, si decompone in ammoniaca e CO2. All’interno del catalizzatore gli NOx reagiscono con l’ammoniaca e si trasformano in sostanze non pericolose, come azoto e vapore acqueo. Per il perfetto funzionamento del vostro sistema SCR, assicurarsi usare soltanto AdBlue di alta qualità. Prodotti di qualità inferiore contaminati con sostanze estranee danneggiano il vostro sistema catalitico. SCR è una tecnologia ormai consolidata e su cui si può contare anche per il futuro, infatti si sta estendendo alle automobili e verrà mantenuta anche con l’introduzione dei limiti dello standard Euro VI.
What is SCR SCR means Selective Catalytic Reduction. This technology requires the use of a product called AUS 32 (best known as AdBlue, or DEF in the USA and ARLA 32 in Brazil) that reduces nitrogen oxidens. Most of the major producers decided to adopt this technology to satisfy legal restrictions on the NOx emission. Alternative technologies, infact, induce major usage of fuel and higher levels of CO2. The SCR technology is definitively the cheapest choice to respect limits on NOx emission. The main components of a SCR system are: catalyst, AdBlue injector, AdBlue Tank and AdBlue injection control system. AdBlue is injected in the exhaust pipe, at the edge of the catalyst and at the end of the engine. The product, warmed by the exhaust gas, decays in ammonia and CO2. Inside the catalyst the NOx react to ammonia and change in not dangerous substances such as nitrogen and water vapour. For the perfect functioning of your SCR system, you must use a high quality AdBlue. Products of minor quality corrupted with extraneous materials will damage your catalytic system. SCR is now a consolidated technology and it is a strong base for the future, that is going to be applied also to passenger cars field and will be maintained also with the introduction of the Euro IV standards.

PROTOTIPAZIONE RAPIDA
Il sistema di prototipazione rapida quindi ci consente un veloce riscontro per avviare la produzione in serie con un margine di errore di +/- 0.119 mm, con questa procedura il passo dal prototipo alla produzione in serie è davvero brevissimo e affidabile.

XXL Marmitte Italiane esegue periodici controlli sull’attività produttiva e quindi sull affidabilità e precisione dei prodotti con il sistema di riscontro a tastatore del ROMER Absolute Arm tramite l’acquisizione di punti in base alla criticità del processo di assemblaggio.

RAPID PROTOTYPING
