Réinventer.Paris: un 1er bâtiment à biofaçade bientôt à Paris! Une « Algo House » au cœur de Paris ? Le projet InVivo réinvente l’algoculture urbaine pour la recherche médicale Lauréat du concours Réinventer.Paris, le projet In Vivo arbore près de 900 m² de « biofaçade » au-dessus des Boulevards des Maréchaux dans le 13ème arrondissement. Situé au cœur d’une concentration exceptionnelle d’expertises en sciences de la vie et de la ville, ce bâtiment-laboratoire produira des lots hyper-spécialisés de biomasse algale pour la recherche médicale, afin d’identifier de nouveaux actifs bio-sourcés pour les médicaments de demain. Sélectionné pour la phase 2 du concours Réinventer. Paris, le projet Ré-Génération-S (15.000 m² de bureaux et espaces commerciaux) arborait plus de 2.000 m² de « biofaçade » face au futur Palais de Justice de Paris dans le 17ème arrondissement. La production de Spiruline fraîche était valorisée sur place pour le restaurant d’entreprises en terrasse, ainsi que les brasseries sur rue, avec la fabrication in-situ de produits frais tels que smoothies, condiments, boissons énergisantes, ou autres ingrédients alimentaires. Toutes les vertus du super-aliment Spiruline pour ré-générer la santé des usagers de ces bureaux de nouvelle génération.
The In Vivo project, winner of the Réinventer.Paris Competition («reinventing Paris»), will display a «biofacade» of nearly 900 m² above the Boulevards des Maréchaux in the 13th district of Paris. Set in the heart of a unique concentration of life and city sciences expertise, this laboratory building will produce highly specialised batches of algae biomass for medical research, in order to identify bio-based active ingredients for tomorrow’s medicines. Regenerative «Bio-Office» in the city? The Ré-Génération-S project draws inspiration from nature to regenerate the local ecosystem The Ré-Génération-S project (15,000 m² of offices and commercial premises), selected for the phase 2 of the Réinventer.Paris competition («Reinventing Paris»), was displaying a «biofacade» of more than 2,000 m² in front of the future Palais de Justice of Paris (courthouse) in district 17. Fresh Spirulina production was enhanced on site for the outdoor company restaurant and on-street brasseries, with the preparation of fresh products such as smoothies, seasonings, energy drinks and food ingredients. This super food has all the virtues necessary to regenerate the health of these new generation offices’ users.
