BALI FITNESS BOOTCAMP Whether you spend 2 or 8 weeks at the Xtreme Gap Year Bali Fitness Bootcamp you really can make a difference. With top fitness professionals providing all the motivation guidance you need, you can join our groups to really change your fitness levels and transform your physique in a completely supportive environment. Everything is there for you from healthy meals, lots of different fitness training classes, our own yoga shala and fully equipped Cross Fit Centre with top of the range equipment.

All complemented with comfortable and fun accommodation, in the middle of stunning rice paddies, but close to the action of Canggu, with its stunning beach clubs.


STAY IN THE LAP OF LUXURY The Bootcamp is not just about training. Its also about being social and staying in comfortable accommodation.. You can stay in our Fitness Resort, exclusive to people on the programme, and share your accommodation and experience your travel with other Xtreme Gappers. Most travel solo which makes the resort a super social place to stay. Rooms are shared between 2-4 travellers joining the Bootcamp. Or you can book your own ensuite room in our Stunning Villa next door.

Both options are close to each other and both have a gorgeous swimming pool to relax at.

Luxurious Accommodation

ACCOMMODATION & EXCURSIONS The accommodation is in a great location. Just far enough from the temptation this vibrant part of the island has to offer, yet only 5 minutes away! And the accommodation is surrounded by rice paddies, which gives you the real Bali feeling. Joining trips and excursions from here is easy, lots to see and do here. Great surf spots, lovely cafÊ´s, and Bali beaches and beach clubs on your door step. Excursions to temples, Ubud, and enjoying fancy beach clubs in the weekend can be arranged with our manager in Resort. In most packs we include visits to temples and a surf lesson already.


THE TRAINING The Bootcamp starts off 5 days a week with relaxing yoga sessions, followed by daily morning and afternoon group training sessions that include cardio, body strength and conditioning, core workouts and high-intensity training sessions. And of course there is free Gym Access seven days a week, no way you’ll come home not feeling and looking your best. At the Bali Fitness Bootcamp, we have teamed up with the best fitness trainers to put together the ultimate fitness training environment. Our professional roster of trainers will push you to your limits and help you smash all of your goals. Whether it’s weight loss, muscle tone or a total rehaul our expert coaches are here to advise and make you the best you can be.
