TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AUCTION Please note you submit your bid on the condition that you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions below. • The auction is open to persons age 18 and above and meet all requirements imposed by the local government laws and regulations. • When you place a bid you thereby enter a contractually binding and irrevocable obligation to complete the transaction if you are the winning bidder of that item. The 'winning bidder' is the person certified to be the highest bidder by the Auctioneer at the end of the auction, and it includes any under-bidder who is awarded the item following the failure for any reason of a higher bid as decreed by the Auctioneer. If there are two or more bidders with equal claims to be the winning bidder, the Auctioneer shall select one by drawing names out of a box. • The decision of the Auctioneer as to the winning bid or otherwise, together with any exercise of his discretion hereunder, is final and cannot be challenged, nor will any explanation or reason be given. • You are not able to retract any bid under any circumstances after it has been submitted. • Before you place any bid, you must ensure that you are able to bid for and to buy that particular item in compliance with the law and in accordance with these and any specifically applicable terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of all bidders to ensure that, if theirs is the winning bid, they meet any qualification required to be the winner of any particular item. • To the extent permitted by law, the organiser does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, claim or costs howsoever arising from or incurred wholly or partly by participation in the auction or fulfilment of any bid. • All individual data will be treated in accordance with the PDPA.
• All bulky furniture bidded includes free* delivery *DELIVERY OF GOODS • Customer must take delivery of goods within fourteen (14) days from day of auction. In the event of failure, XTRA reserves the right to dispose of the goods without prior notice. Any payment made will be deemed as compensation to XTRA for liquidated damages due to failure to take delivery of goods. Thereafter neither party has any further obligation to discharge to each other. All deliveries shall be arranged at the earliest available date/time. a) Non Standard Delivery Where item(s) has to be carried more than 5 floors via stairs, additional labour charges will be imposed. b) Subsequent Delivery(ies) Customer’s failure to receive goods for the first delivery. Chargeable at prevailing rates. c) Labour Charges Chargeable at prevailing rates. CHANGES OF DELIVERY DATE BY CUSTOMER • Customer must notify XTRA minimum two (2) working days in advance in the event of any desire to change delivery date/time. INSPECTION OF GOODS • Onus is on customer to inspect goods delivered. Any claim(s) of short delivery and/or damaged goods must be made in writing within seven (7) days from delivery date. PAYMENT • Payment has to be made on the same day as the auction. XTRA accepts cash, nets, and major credit cards. TITLE OF GOODS • The title of the goods remains the property of XTRA unless full payment is made. Hence, XTRA reserves the right to repossess such goods notwithstanding the fact that goods had been delivered.

Me Too: a collection of furniture and accessories created in 2004 to enable children to experience the creativity, sensations and solutions dreamt up by the big names in contemporary design.
The idea of Me Too originally came from Eugenio Perazza, the creator of Magis, who wanted to give his granddaughter a table to draw on. Leafing through various catalogues, he realised there was no furniture for children of her age.
The Me Too collection is more than simply scaled-down designer furniture, it is an operation that stimulates the designers and the firm to view the world and the objects in it through the eyes of a child. It is a colourful, amazing, happy world: just like the children themselves imagine it, together with the great designers and Magis.

WOODEN DOLLS, ALEXANDER GIRARD The decorative Wooden Dolls, designed and made by Girard for his own home in Santa Fe, were likewise inspired by his extensive personal collection of folk art. Part decorative object, part toy, the Wooden Dolls are based on originals form the Girard estate in the holdings of the Vitra Design Museum.
