A Grade North 52 vs Millicent 57 A slow start showed at the end of the first quarter with us down by 5. The next two quarters saw small mistakes allow the opposition to control the game. However, the fourth quarter was definitely our best with an 11 goal turn around. Good movement down court was rewarded in the goal circle. Caroline Davey 46 from 47. This quarter showed what we are capable of, a good team effort.

Yellow & Black off the game. There were a number of great passages of play and stops in defence. Plenty of positives to take from the game despite the final score. Best players- Alice and Alysha. Under 15A North 15 vs Millicent 40 Was not our best performance and i know you girls have got a lot more in you. All credit to those Millicent girls, they are an amazing unit. Our defence was solid, keeping them to under 40 goals, a first for them this season. Well done. There were some great passages out of defence down the court, let's keep working on that and lift for next week. Awards: Stella and Tenielle Under 15B North 18 vs Millicent 29 The girls had a tough game against well matched Millicent side. A Reserve North 55 vs Millicent 59 The games started evenly and both teams had some early turnovers. Millicent went to the break, up by 3. The second quarter saw North play seamless netball with very few errors. They lifted their defensive pressure and converted their goals, shooting accurately. The third quarter saw Millicent lift their intensity and create turnovers. Millicent we able to score quickly and easily whilst keeping safe possession. North ended up going down by 4 Under 13A goals in the top of the table clash. North 29 vs Millicent 40 Tough slippery conditions for the B Grade team but a great opportunity to North 31 vs Millicent 47 test ourselves against a Not a great result but Millicent challenging opposition. Terrific definitely came to play and shooting percentage from all showed why they are sitting in top goalies. Lots to work on over next the ladder. We kept with them for few weeks especially minimising the first half, but a few lapses saw replays & stepping errors. Awards: them extend their lead. Abbey, Claire & Maggie. Elyse and Brianna tried hard all game in defence while Keeley Under 13B found her aggression with pulling North 20 vs Millicent 29 in some tough balls in the goal circle. Hoping we get to play them The girls had a tough loss to again soon. Awards: Abbey and Millicent. They worked very hard but after a few weeks off struggled Keeley. to get into the flow of the game early. Some great patches of play C Grade happened throughout the match, North 33 vs Millicent 39 and we look to grow on this come An absolutely fabulous effort from South this weekend. The girls are the girls to go down by only 6, as becoming great players with good last time we played Millicent we ability to read the play. As always, lost by 23. Really proud of the way we are very proud of their efforts! the girls work hard to combat the challenging defence, the gap got Under 11 out to 8 as Millicent stepped up North 9 vs Millicent 22 their intensity. Credit to the girls as they came home strong to win the The girls did a good job today last quarter. We'll done, looking reacquainting themselves with n et b a l l af te r a l o n g b re a k . forward to playing them again.
