Clubs and extra-curricular exercise should be encouraged and people should eat healthier and exercise more. Not just exercise; it’s all about how much you do. If you find yourself regularly snacking, try having a glass of water instead. In a lot of people, the thirst mechanism is so weak it is mistaken for hunger, so give it a go! And if you automatically still reach for the chocolate, eat an apple or something healthier and treat chocolate like a treat, not just a casual snack! 11
