Terms and Conditions 50% deposit is required to guarantee your booking. The balance is to be paid on or before the day of the shoot. Due to a high number of clients, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery of your edited images. If I can have the images ready before then, I will notify you. If you require the order urgently, please contact me. Shoots can be arranged at my studio or at a location. Notice: some venues do charge. I can provide a list of venues according to your needs and budget. All venues are subject to availability. No one is allowed to post unedited images in any social format, i.e. Facebook, Twitter, BBM, email, Whatsapp or any other social media outlet. Once an image has been edited, you’re free to use and share it. The copyright of all images remains part of Xavier Saer Photography. You are welcome to bring a friend or partner to the shoot. However, they must not interfere with proceedings. No refund on cancellations 14 days prior to the date of shoot. You can however choose to reschedule your date subject to availability. Please be early. I often run back to back photo shoots and you’ll only be reducing your shooting time by not being on time.
