The Factory Manager takes an order and places it into the online manufacturing board, once the job is complete the job is transferred to the delivery board where the installer is SMS texted to advise him the job is ready for delivery. If there is an outstanding amount owed on the order, the system automatically SMS texts the installer to advise of a payment requirement before delivery takes place.
