My role: Service Provision Manager
Time at RAWR: 12 months
Background: I previously worked in aged care and disability care as a support worker.
Personal Qualities: I’m caring, friendly, happy and enjoy having a laugh and a joke.
What do I love about my role: I love being part of RAWR’s friendly and supportive team. I enjoy working with our participants to ensure they receive the support needed to achieve their goals.
Future Plans for my role: My plan is to continue learning within my role, and to continue to build good relationships with our participants.
