Our new and improved RBX Rubber Pump Set has been redesigned with multipurpose group fitness workouts in mind. The plates are colour-coded for easy identification and feature a new design – unique to Physical – that includes a textured surface and multiple grip positions so they can also be used for exercises that would normally require dumbbells or kettlebells.

• 5kg and 2.5kg plates have been purposefully designed to include flat, anti-roll edges for extra stability while performing floor-based exercises

• 1.25kg plate is circular, making it perfect for ab roll-out exercises

• 10kg plates can be purchased separately and also feature flat, anti-roll edges.
