All products shown in this sales brochure are supplied subject to Meadow View Stone’s terms and conditions of sale. All our aggregate products are naturally sourced and maybe subject to changes in their appearance, colour and size. Colour swatches are for reference only. We recommend viewing samples to ensure a fair representation of your chosen products. Many of our aggregate products have been mechanically screened through meshes to define the material size specified. While screening offers a more consistent sized product, it cannot eradicate material particles that exceed the defined size(s) in one dimension. All material grading sizes and size ranges are for guidance only. Boulder & Rockery products purchased from our sources are based on an overall crate weight. Despite close attention to this within our quality systems, piece sizes and numbers per crates can vary. Quantities quoted should be considered as an average across a number of packs and pieces. All quarried materials can be subject to varying contaminates. Every effort is made to minimise this with suppliers. Naturally occurring Iron Oxide/Silicate and other metallic elements are impossible to eradicate fully. Such contaminates can result in staining. Meadow View Stone cannot be held liable for this natural occurrence either pre or post installation. All our Paving products are UK sourced concrete products and maybe subject to minor colour variation due to batch variations. Product pictures have been supplied for reference only. We recommend viewing samples to ensure a fair representation of your chosen products. All concrete paving products can be subject to a visual change of appearance once installed. Many concerns simply weather away in the early life of the paving/product. If issues are prolonged please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team on 01948 841 607. All pavements and garden areas should be subjected to periodic cleaning and maintenance. The frequency of this will depend upon the surrounding environment. Meadow View Stone cannot be held liable for the effect of detritus upon any installed area.

FIREPITScorten steel firepits

Our new firepit range is manufactured from Corten Steel. This material as it naturally weathers, is designed to oxidise to give the product an eventual rusted appearance. This process can take several weeks depending upon climatic conditions, and does give the product its longevity. Please consider this change as part of the aesthetic and purchasing decision.

For larger requirements our products can be supplied in bulk bags, either via our home delivery service or for supply ex store.

STANDARD PREPACKS

Our range of decorative aggregates are supplied in premium quality, bright and attractive pre-pack bags, with clearly legible fonts in a highly transparent film which gives product clarity and showcases the cleanliness of our products. All prepack bags are supplied black wrapped to prolong the shelf life of the products, with each pallet clearly labelled for ease of locating in store.

DELIVERY, HANDLING & STORAGE

The responsibility of the product packaging quality transfers to the customer once it is removed from the delivery vehicle and has been signed for.

For all product handling and storage we recommend that a comprehensive risk assessment and method statements are produced to ensure safe, sustainable and legal working practises at all times. This should include a full assessment of the ground conditions for safe stacking. Our plastic, paper, cardboard and polypropylene bags from our processes are recycled by a registered Waste Carrier company.
