DECORATIVE AGGREGATE COLLECTIONS

Each pre-pack pallet or bulk bag equates to one full pallet with a minimum order requirement of 5 pallets, e.g. 2 x rockery and 2 x pallets of slate and 1 x bulk bag of decorative chippings would meet the 5 tonne pallet requirement.

PAVING COLLECTION

Most products are packed at 500kg per pallet, therefore 2 pallets of paving equate to 1 pallet of aggregates, e.g. 10 pallets of paving make up the 5 tonne pallet requirement. A mix of any of the above, e.g. 3 pallets of aggregates and 4 pallets of paving make up the 5 tonne minimum pallet requirement.

For customers who are not able to reach the above minimum order requirements we can despatch on a palletised carrier network, for which a small additional surcharge for delivery will be applied.

VEHICLES SIZE AND ACCESS

Please check that your customer has sufficient access to accommodate this size of vehicle (18 Tonnes) at their chosen point of delivery. The vehicle will require a minimum opening width of 3m to access the chosen delivery address. If your access cannot accommodate vehicles of this size it may result in failure to deliver, or the goods will then be delivered to the nearest kerbside at the discretion of the driver. Smaller vehicles are of limited availability and requests for these may delay delivery by up to two working days.

ROUTE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS PROPERTY

Please make sure that the route to the chosen delivery address is free from low hanging branches or obstacles, including parked cars, which may cause damage or obstruct delivery vehicle

The following delivery criteria, needs to be assessed and agreed with your customer to ensure a smooth delivery is achieved. Failure to comply with these factors may delay receipt of the order, and may incur additional costs for failed or re-deliveries.

OFFLOADING

The driver will unload using a tail-lift offload and manual pump truck which can only be operated on:

• Solid Hard Surfaces. • Surfaces Free From Gravel or Grass. • Flat & Level Ground With NO Inclines/Declines.

RECEIPT OF GOODS

Please make sure that your customer is available to receive the order and sign for the material, or has made prior arrangements for a third party to do so on their behalf.

We can accommodate some customer’s specific delivery restrictions and would be happy to discuss these to try and accommodate delivery – please discuss with a member of our sales team.
