1-2-3-Overnight Oatmeal Jars with Three Topping Trios
These mouth-watering, wholesome pairings will put a little hop in your step, and may even make you whistle while you work! Within minutes, you’ll have an endless array of naturally sweet, strengthening, energizing meals in a jar. Here are a few fun and beautiful ideas for your toppings and even something to mix within the oatmeal if you care to. (Hint: coconut flakes in the oatmeal is totally “my jam!”) It’s really as easy as:
1. Mix together OLD FASHIONE ROLLED oats, milk product an any add-ons.
Do not use quick or instan oatmeal in this recipe.

Leggy, Eggy Baked Beauties
It’s easy to forget how easy it is to bake eggs – it’s sort of glamorous when done right. And so much fun to share! My recipe uses uncured ham, sliced very thinly. Any similar, thinly-sliced plant-based product will substitute well. So long as your lining choice completely covers the cups’ edges / with more to spare. Or, why not line your muffin tin with a lustrous outer slice of steamed red/purple cabbage leaves?
Oh, and the layered fillings are as limitless as your imagination. — THINK LAYERS!
Ingredients • oatmeal
3 large cage-free eggs
2 Tbsp oil - for evenly distributed in each muffin cup
1 Tbsp oil, - for drizzling on the tomatoes (always… good olive, coconut, grapeseed, etc oil)
A few dots of balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp filtered or purified water
2 Tbsp milk choice (not sweetened or flavored milks)
6 very thin slices of ham, preferably uncured – or your choice of first layer,
6 very thin, complete rings of sliced onion (any variety), and use the rings that fit to the size of the molds.
