When space is limited, but your desire for great sound isn’t, a pair of S4 speakers fits the bill. Our physically smallest unit, each one features a single 1” tweeter and 4” woofer in the modest cabinet. Engage them, and all thoughts of smallness are erased by their rich performance.

S5 Shelf speaker Being different is easy when you’re not ashamed of being good. That’s why the S5 speaker stands out. Literally. The unique wall brackets for this powerful 5” speaker tip it downwards at an appealing 15° angle, directing its sound towards the listening position. It’s great in a surround sound setup as well as during everyday listening.

A variant of the S4/S5 family, the S5 Active features a built-in 2x50W stereo amplifier in the speaker cabinet. It makes the most out of the short distance between amp and driver unit to ensure a sound reproduction that is as close as the original recording as possible. The S5 Active speaker is available in black, white, and red.

S6 S6 Centre speaker Born to be at the centre of things, the S6 loudspeaker is a great complement to our popular S4 and S5 loudspeakers. It shares the same design language, creating a visual as well as sonic harmony when used with them.

The two-way sealed box system, featuring twin 4� woofers and a single 1� dome tweeter, has been specially designed for centre channel reproduction in multi-channel surround sound solutions. The accompanying wall bracket allows you to mount your S6 just below your television, elevating it from the floor or stand below.
This flexible placement option brings the centre channel, which primarily consists of dialogue, closer to the screen, enhancing the total home cinema experience. The S6 is available in three colours: black, white, and red.

S8 active S8 Subwoofer Since the first loudspeakers were invented over 100 years ago, audiophiles have been driven to get more and better performance out of them. Specialised components and entire speakers have added dimensions to the listening experience that the early sonic pioneers could probably not even dream of.
The subwoofer is a great example. Producing exclusively low frequency effects - also known as LFE’s or just bass - it expands the sound picture normally heard by stereo speakers. And the Scansonic S8 is no exception. This front-firing 8” active subwoofer pumps out LFE’s at a level you would expect from a larger sub. The long throw voice coil is coupled with a built-in 100W amplifier, improving performance and lessening loss and distortion.
Sure, we know that low-frequency effects are spread in all directions. Some subs are designed to sound great, but be placed somewhere out of the way. The S8 however, goes against this school of thought. Available in three colours (black, white, and red), it’s high-gloss finish lets it slide into all sorts of home décor.

Take a closer look, then a closer listen. Yes, what you’re seeing and hearing is indeed true. It’s a pair of Scansonic S9 speakers, and they’re delivering on all counts.
Long and lean, the S9 speakers stand tall in your home, adding visual colour and aural enjoyment. At 93 cm tall, they automatically create expectations of smooth, powerful soundscapes. Connect them quickly and easily to your preferred audio system, and let the technology take over. 14
Inside the narrow and deep cabinet, a unique construction awaits. Consisting of a tweeter and midbass d’Appolito driver unit combination at the top, and a subwoofer below, the S9 construction gives a more harmonious and even sound picture for the user. Placing the midbass units on each side of the tweeter combines the sonic output so it seems to emanate from one single unit rather than three.

What’s more, the construction makes it possible to direct the sound towards your listening position. The sweet spot has rarely sounded or looked so good! The S9 is available in three colours: black, white, and red.

S12 Subwoofer Can subwoofers get too big? Can people (ever) have excessive bass? Or do they need more? Fans of the Scansonic S12 active subwoofer certainly answer positively to the last question. Their hunger for additional low-frequency effects (LFE’s, for short) compelled us to expand our product portfolio and create it just for them. A single 12� driver unit is powered by an impressive 200W built-in amplifier. And like other Scansonic subwoofers, it features a long-throw voice coil, providing a crisp linear movement that ensures big, controlled and deep bass that fills the room. Because all rooms are different, individual performance parameters on the S12 including volume, frequency, and phase can be adjusted independently. This allows you to fine-tune your sub for an optimal sound experience, regardless of placement or room construction.

Lights! Camera! Action! HC400 Home Cinema Home cinema solutions are here to stay. The HC400 consists of four S4 satellite speakers for the front left, front right, rear left, and rear right channels, respectively. Add a S6 speaker for the all important centre channel, and get the popcorn and soda ready. It’s showtime!
HC451 Home Cinema Add an extra dimension of sound to your home cinema set-up with the HC401. Built on the HC400, the addition of a Scansonic S8 subwoofer adds an extra level of depth to the low-frequency effects that characterise great Hollywood productions.
