Another magnificent tour that you will never forget!

DAY 1

Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport, Sri Lanka, the tropical paradise, and be warmly greeted on arrival. There after transfer to ‘Negombo’. Set amidst lush groves of coconut palms, it breathes the spirit of the sea. Negombo is a gourmet’s paradise with seafood in plenty. Old – world fishing craft, like the outrigger canoe and the catamaran, bring seer, skipjack, herring, mullet, pomfret and amber jack, while lobster and prawn are caught in the lagoon. After breakfast proceed to Sigiriya via Dambulla, is a world heritage site and is the most impressive of Sri Lanka’s cave temples. The complex of five caves with over 2000 sq. meters of painted walls and ceilings found here are over 2,000 years old and is the largest area of paintings found in the world. The caves contain over 150 images of the Buddha of which the largest is the colossal figure of the Buddha carved out of rock and spanning 14 meters. Overnight stay at selected star class Hotel DAY 3

After breakfast at the hotel proceed to Pollonnaruwa, the remains of the Royal Citadel council chamber, prince’s bathing pool and the Gal Vihare, a stone temple with its colossal sculptures of the Buddha in a quiet grove of trees as well as the still functioning Parakrama


Samudra, a man made reservoir, large than our Colombo harbour, are on easy distance from each other. The new museum has an excellent scale model of the ancient city as it was. Via Sigiriya At Sigiriya, climb the Sigiriya rock fortress of the 5th century King Kassapa. See the fortification, rock and fountain gardens, caves, frescoes, mirror wall and graffiti and the remains of the royal palace on the summit. DAY 4

After breakfast proceed to Minneriya National Park, located between Habarana and Polonnaruwa, the 8890 hectares of MINNERIYA NATIONAL PARK is an ideal eco tourism location in Sri Lanka . The park consists of mixed evergreen forest and scrub areas and is home to Sri Lanka ‘s favourites such as sambar deer, leopards and elephants. Overnight stay at selected star class Hotel. DAY 5

After breakfast at the hotel proceed to Kandy, the focal point of the town is the golden-roofed ‘Dalada Maligawa’, where the sacred tooth relic of the Buddha is enshrined. There are numerous shrines and temples in and around Kandy, where you will see rare paintings, frescoes, and stone carvings. shopping in Kandy, where you could fetch souvenirs in wood, copper, silver, brass, ebony, and bronze, ceramics, lacquer work, handlooms, batiks, jewellery and rush and reed-ware.Overnight stay at selected star class Hotel DAY 6 & 7

After breakfast at the hotel proceed to Yala, Yala National Park. The range of habitats give rise to a good range of wildlife.Yala has the world’s highest concentration of Leopards, although seeing this largely nocturnal carnivore still requires some luck. There are good numbers of Asian Elephants, Crocodile, Wild Boar, Water Buffalo and Grey langurs amongst other large animals. The open parkland attracts birds of prey such as White-bellied Sea Eagle and the wetlands have Waders, Painted Storks, and the rare Blacknecked Stork.Landbirds of course are in abundance, and include Sirkeer Malkoha, Indian Peafowl and Sri Lanka Jungle fowl. DAY 8

After breakfast proceed to Bentota. via Mirissa for Whale Watching. Sri Lanka is one of the best places in the world to see blue whales in their natural habitat. Sperm whales, killer whales, pilot whales and dolphins are also regularly spotted on whale watching trips organized from Mirissa on the south coast. Overnight stay at selected star class Hotel DAY 9

After breakfast and enjoying an exotic holiday in this paradise isle transfer to the Airport for departure.
