Compared to last month… WTC Utah Observations The slight decline in the year-to-date comparison between 2015 and 2016 exports can be attributed to the month of January, in which Utah’s total exports were the lowest it has been in the last seven years. Growths in exports from February to March can be attributed to value added exports. Value Added exports experienced a 10 percent increase from the month of February, while metals dipped slightly.
