OES chapter celebrates milestone SPECIAL TO THE CHRONICLE

Sisters of Bivouac Chapter #530 Order of the Eastern Star Prince Hall Affiliated celebrated its 70th chapter anniversary at The Hawthorne Inn and Conference Center. The theme was “70 Years of Light in the Community.” The Rev. Dr. Larry E.
