It looked beautiful. I liked how the headdresses looked like wings. I had several photos of the headdress in crisper focus, but the softer focus ended up looking good with the sharp arc of face with chin up and full of pride. It took me in. I felt excited about that.

For me, it’s a big idea. The show is a recognition that the type of change that is possible goes right through the center of the person by asking them to consider something. For the people that are open to receiving a message like that, it’s cool, but it doesn’t have to be either.
