However the maverick distillers at Chase have come up trumps with a spirit of real character and distinction, much like the Herefordshire land from where it originates. Add a dash of Chase Elderflower liqueur, a splash of pressed apple juice and a tot of bitter lemon for a first-rate thirst-quencher. Ingredients: 25ml Chase English Vodka 25ml Chase Elderflower Liqueur
Method: 1. Add 25ml Chase Vodka and 25ml Chase Elderflower liqueur to glass.
Bitter Lemon or Traditional Lemonade Apple Juice Sprig of Mint or Twist of Lemon Peel to garnish Glass: Tumbler
2. Top up glass with bitter lemon, or traditional lemonade.
3. Add ice cubes made from apple juice (or a shot of apple juice and ice cubes).
