Besides interviews conducted in the key regions, several additional interviews were conducted in Mytichi with outreach manager of local HR project and head of narcological dispenser and in Moscow with representatives of the Research Institute on Drug Addiction of the Russian Ministry of Health and Social Development, Federal Service for Surveillance of the Protection of Consumer Rights and Human Wellbeing, NGOs.
