Puma Aviation:

Delivering world class aviation fuel and refuelling services in Europe and beyond Puma Aviation is part of Puma Energy, a leading global energy business which supplies, stores and distributes petroleum products in 48 countries across six continents. It boasts more than 100 fuel import sea storage terminals, as well as over 3,000 retail sites. Puma Aviation operates at over 80 airports across the world, supplying JET A1 and Avgas, and refuelling services and facilities to airlines, aircraft operators and aircraft owners. Puma Aviation Europe is a leader in providing safe, affordable fuel across all European countries, always on time, with a dedicated and professional service . Driven by our – and your – passion for flying, we are focused on making a real difference to the lives of customers we serve. Providing, safe, high quality, affordable fuel for the aviation industry is our daily mission around the globe. We take pride in having the most modern avgas production facility in the world, with ISO standard certifications. We are trusted by our customers because our procedures for testing are rigorous and we comply with international standards at all times; something which is demonstrated by our membership of the Joint Inspection Group.

Avgas 100LL – superior quality for safety and performance Through our Avgas 100LL – a type of aviation fuel used to power piston engine aircraft - we deliver the highest possible quality at a competitive price to the general aviation community not only across Europe, but also worldwide. Whether we’re sourcing raw materials and producing or delivering Avgas 100LL to our customers’ tanks, we continually strive for excellence as we know that quality translates into the safety and performance of every flight. High quality avgas ensures reliable and safe operations, even in the most critical applications, such as changing weather conditions and varying altitudes. Numerous limitations are put on avgas production in order to comply with rigorous requirements set by the aviation industry and to ensure the long life and high performance of aircraft engines. The components used for the production of Avgas 100LL are very carefully selected and all additives are approved for use in aviation. We produce our avgas according to Def-Stan 9190 issue 4 and ASTM D 910 standards and our modern production facilities are second-to-none. We also work directly with Saybolt, a globally recognised partner in quality control, to further test the quality and safety of our fuel.

Producing and storing world-class avgas for global distribution Compared to the large-scale production of jet A1, avgas is manufactured in relatively small quantities by a limited number of facilities world-wide. This is why we’ve invested significantly in our world-class production facilities in Estonia to make sure our customers have access to the best quality fuel - whether for recreational flying, running a flying school or for charter business. 10 PRODUCTS & SERVICES BUYER EUROPE JULY 2019

Puma Aviation in Europe Our presence in Estonia is crucial for Puma Energy’s European operations and we run the Alexela Terminal in the country which is strategically located in the port of Paldiski. We have invested consistently over time to increase the capacity and improve performance at the storage terminals, to ensure we can always provide high quality fuel across Europe and beyond. The terminals form our key production hub, enabling us to supply avgas across the globe to serve airfields, fixed-base operators, flying clubs and independent distributors. Following the recent expansion, the hub can now produce and store the highest quality avgas for global distribution at any one time and we are able to serve five continents from the Estonia sites alone. The production facilities, which have frequent quality tests, are ISO 9001 and 14001 certified and continually meet the latest requirements set by the aviation industry, including JIG Regulations, which we are a member of.

Enhanced infrastructure and transportation World class production and storage facilities need to be matched by an outstanding transportation network to ensure we are delivering our product to customers as efficiently and safely as possible. That’s exactly why we continually invest in and enhance our infrastructure and transportation systems. The geographic location of our key production hub and our unparalleled infrastructure allow us to transport our high quality and complex avgas product to customers across Europe and beyond via our network encompassing road, rail and sea. Operating 24/7/365, our fleets of tanker vessels, rail tank cars, truck cisterns and ISO tank containers ensure a smooth and prompt delivery.

Ongoing commitment to the General Aviation sector As the largest avgas producer in Europe, we are committed to delivering the highest quality avgas product to the GA community, not only across the continent but also across the globe. To stay on top of our game we are constantly striving to improve our offering - whether it’s getting avgas to new and remote locations, overcoming regional currency barriers or ensuring traceability throughout the supply chain.
