GAMA Reports Weak Piston Deliveries

According to analyst Mike Potts, the third-quarter numbers from the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) suggest 2019 is going to be a weak year for piston deliveries, and similarly for turboprops, while jets have performed more strongly than last year. Pistons finished the third quarter at 877 units, up from 781 last year. That’s a gain of 12.3 percent, so why am I not more enthusiastic about the status of this segment? Mostly it has to do with the distribution of the results and the fact that many of the participants aren’t doing very well. Of 14 piston makers reporting singleengine results to GAMA, only five have better results than a year ago. Seven are trailing their 2018 year-to-date results and two are equal. That’s not the sign of a very healthy market. Moreover, two of the three market leaders, Cirrus and Cessna, were among the losers. Only Piper had gains, although these were strong. For the third quarter things are a little better with seven of 14 companies having gains while six were down and one was even. The leader in single-engine piston deliveries is Cirrus, with 258 units, down slightly – about 1.5 percent – from the 262 the company had this time last year. For the quarter Cirrus was down as well, from 90 to 86. In second place is Piper, a position it has enjoyed all year and where the company now looks likely to finish. If so, it will mark the first time since 1997 (when Cessna resumed piston airplane production) that the Textron subsidiary has not been in either first or second place. Piper reported 132 deliveries for the nine-month period, up 47 percent from the 90 it had last year. For the quarter Piper is up slightly from 41 units to 43. Cessna reported 121 deliveries, down from 125 a year ago. For the third quarter, however, Cessna retained second place with 55 units, up from 45 last year and ahead of the 41 Piper had in the same period, so there is a chance that with a strong fourth

quarter surge Cessna could reclaim the number two position by year’s end. Below the “big three” of piston production (Cirrus, Piper, and Cessna) we see a rather interesting battle going on for fourth place between Diamond and Tecnam. Diamond, being propelled by a strong third quarter, has captured fourth place with 79 units, up 132 percent from the 34 the company had a year ago. Its third quarter total of 31 was within three units of last year’s nine-month total, 244 percent ahead of the nine it recorded in the third quarter last year. Tecnam, in fifth place with 72 deliveries year-to-date, had improved numbers but in a more expected range of 20 percent above the 60 units it reported in the first nine months of last year. The balance of the single engine piston market consists of nine companies with nine-month delivery totals ranging from 20 down to two. They include Extra with 20, up from 17; Cubcrafters with 12 both this year and last; Mahindra and Pipistrel both with 11; Mooney with eight; American Champion with seven; Textron Beechcraft with five; Waco with 3; and Chinese manufacturer AVIC with 2. The piston-twin market has experienced small gains this year, with delivery totals at 136 at the end of the third quarter, up from 131 last year. That’s a gain of 4 percent. The market leader is Diamond with 70 units, up from 62. Next is Tecnam with 34, up from 33; then Piper with 25, up from 24; and then Textron Beechcraft with seven, down from 12. Based on what I’m seeing now I expect total piston deliveries, including singles and twins, to finish this year in the range of 1,300 to 1,325 units. Anything above 1,350 would have to be considered quite successful while a finish below 1,250 would represent a significant disappointment.

Clearing Clouded Aircraft Titles for Owners in Trust There are quite a few circumstances that cause clouded aircraft titles. Any break in the chain of title can cause difficulties for owners when they try to buy, sell, or register their airplane. If the problems are overlooked, new owners, or owners in trust, inherit what the previous owner did not handle. If you’re considering buying, selling, or registering an aircraft in trust, it’s important to understand the potential title defects and problems so that they can be addressed, and your transaction and registration will go smoothly. Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) aircraft records contain numerous documents necessary to maintain the title of an aircraft – including title transfer instruments, liens, security agreements, and releases, to name a few – that are filed at the FAA located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The FAA has a long list of rules and regulations that must be met in order for these documents to be recorded, as seen in our previous blog ‘The Difference between Filed and Recorded FAA Documents & Why it Matters’. An aircraft title can only be clear if these documents are all properly signed and recorded, and there are no unreleased chattel mortgages, security agreements, tax liens, mechanics liens, or similar items on record against the aircraft. The most common aircraft title issues are unreleased liens or security agreements on the title. Many of these liens can be 20 or more years old. Finding the parties involved in the transaction can be difficult, leaving a “cloud” on the title that is difficult to remove. The difference between a lien and a security agreement is that one is “consensual” and the other is “non-consensual.” Consensual means the owner of the aircraft agreed to the lien.

Mortgages and security agreements are consensual. Usually, the buyer of the aircraft borrowed money from the bank to buy the aircraft. Many of these liens are left outstanding because the lending institution changed hands or went out of business, or was bought by another bank, then another, until all records of the original lien are lost and gone forever. Getting the most recent successor in interest to sign a release of a lien it doesn’t know anything about can be quite a challenge. Liens, on the other hand, are non-consensual and are generally placed on the aircraft title without the consent of the owner. These can be from mechanics who believe they are owed money for services rendered, or from taxing authorities who claim to be owed money for unpaid taxes. Whatever the motive, these liens can be filed against an aircraft at any time by anyone. They can wreak havoc on a title even if they are not in recordable format. Other title clouds arise from errors in documents, which can be as minor as a missing or incorrect signature or inconsistent owner information on a bill of sale. Often buyers will use a title that is not acceptable to the FAA. Perhaps a break in ownership is caused by a missing bill of sale or the missing signature of one of the previous owners of the plane. The list of possible title issues is long, and even the most experienced examiner can still happen upon something they’ve never seen before. With so many possible problems, it is important to examine the title of any aircraft before registering in trust. Clearing a title can take time, energy, and resources, and a really mucked up title can be a deal breaker. GAMA Q3 Shipment Report Analysis

This is becoming a very good year for business jet deliveries. Less so for business turboprops. Mike Potts assesses the General Aircraft Manufacturers Association’s latest shipment report to determine who gained and who lost the most among the aircraft OEMs… GAMA issued its Q3 2019 new airplane shipment report in November, and it looks like we’re going to have the best year for business jet deliveries for a decade. Jet deliveries reached 516 units for the first nine months of the year, and the market’s on course to finish 2019 in the 770-780 range, eclipsing the 763 recorded in 2010. Unfortunately, the other segments – turboprops and pistons – are not doing so well. Pistons (while up 12.3% over a year ago) are displaying underlying market weakness, and the situation in the turboprop market is very poor with deliveries down 11.6%. Overall the market looks pretty good with total airplanes Year to Date (YTD) coming in at 1,742 units, up 7.3% from 1,623 a year ago. Billings are up 16% at $14.8bn versus $12.8bn in the same period last year, a gain entirely attributable to the strength of the jet market. The Business Turboprop Market And now for the less impressive news — the turboprop segment appears to be in trouble. Could some of the gains in the jet market have partially come from customers who might previously have chosen a turboprop? Since Q2 we have one fewer independent turboprop OEM, although that is not bad news. Quest has been acquired by Daher, and production continues. With seven turboprop OEMs now reporting to GAMA, only one had better YTD results than in 2018. For Q3 alone, one was ahead and two were level with their Q3 2018 performances. Although GAMA reported 349 turboprop deliveries YTD, down 11.6% from the 395 delivered last year, these numbers include agricultural airplanes (namely Air Tractor and Thrush). Counting only the traditional business turboprops, deliveries were down 10.6% (from 274 units to 245).

For just Q3, business turboprops were down 15% from 99 units to 84. Textron’s Beechcraft led the segment with 61 deliveries YTD, up from 59 a year ago in the same period (+1.7%). That marginal gain was enough to pull Beechcraft from second in turboprop deliveries this time last year to first place now. Beechcraft’s lead is narrow (five units) and could change depending on which company experiences the strongest Q4 sales surge, but in Q3 alone Beechcraft was up 16% with 22 deliveries, up from 19 last year. Textron’s Cessna unit occupies second place with 56 shipments, down 6.7% from the 60 recorded this time last year. For Q3 2019, Cessna was down even more with 17 deliveries, off 29% from 24 in Q3 2018. Third place went to Pilatus (51 units, down 3.8% from the 53 reported last year). For Q3, Pilatus was down a single unit at 20, compared to 21 in Q3 2018. Daher (now combined with Quest) captured fourth position with 45 units, down 15% compared with last year. Daher accounted for 30 units in the total, and Quest 15. Last year, the combined totals would have rendered a combined 53 (Daher accounting for 33 and Quest 20). Piper came fifth with 25 units, down 34.2% from the 38 shipped between January and September 2018. For Q3 alone Piper was down from 15 units to 11. The remainder of the turboprop market includes Pacific Aerospace (five units YTD, down from eight in 2018), and Piaggio, down from three units to two. Mike Potts’ 2019 Forecasts… With turboprop deliveries continuing to lag, look for shipments in this category to finish in the 520 to 525unit range, with traditional business turboprops recording somewhere between 365-370 deliveries in 2019.

Atlas Air Service of Bremen has successfully managed the purchase of a King Air 250 for one of its customers, Mr. Jens Reupke, who took delivery of the aircraft on 22nd November, 2019. The twin-turboprop is now registered in Germany and its new home airport is Magdeburg-City.

Following are three main differentials between buyer and seller expectations, placed in the perspective of market reality… The secret to success in buying and reselling used business aircraft hasn’t changed a jot. In all cases, the path to enlightened success lays in buying the youngest, lowest-time, best equipped aircraft that your money can buy. It’s as simple as that! I have been told many times by billionaires and multi-millionaires that they, “never make their money on the sale”. Instead they make their money (built-in profit) upfront when they make the purchase.” So how can you help ensure you’re aligned with the market realities of today? Following are three tips on helping you do just that...

1. Used Aircraft Value is a Matter of Perspective

Unlike ‘market value’, the ‘appraised value’ is not necessarily the price an aircraft will be bought or sold for. Rather, it’s a guideline in the selling or buying process. Generally, an aircraft will not be sold for more than the appraised value, especially if a lender is financing the purchase. Yet the aircraft may be worth more than the appraised value to a buyer or seller, based upon their own unique circumstances. As an aircraft broker (before moving into aircraft appraisals) it always made me laugh when a buyer asked the lowest price that I’d sell for. The answer was the highest price they would be willing to pay. Often a prospective buyer would call to enquire about an exclusive listing and proceed to pull it apart to the point at which even I began to believe that my listing was a horrible specimen. Of course, when it came to discussing the buyer’s trade-in aircraft it would often be the case that the factory had made an exception for their specific aircraft, building it much better than all of the others that came off the same assembly line. Essentially, the buyer would want way over the fair market value for their trade-in aircraft. In a similar vein, some owners firmly believe that every dollar spent on maintaining their aircraft since 24 TURBINE BUYER EUROPE FEBRUARY 2020

they purchased it has increased its value. Others believe their aircraft is perfect, even though a logbook audit reveals it has been through a tornado and hangar collapse, or the landing gear has never been overhauled and is ten years overdue. Most aircraft owners today do truly have a reasonable idea – or at least an intelligent inkling – of what their aircraft is worth. It’s just in their nature to trying to get ‘blood out of a turnip’, so to speak. If you’re interested in selling your aircraft anytime soon, you’ll need to come around to accepting that intelligent inkling, and the appraised value you engaged an aircraft appraiser to provide you with. These will help you get a true perspective on the value of an aircraft. Don’t place your aircraft on the market if it has stories or issues that need to be justified. Your asking price and selling price should be intelligently established to eliminate any buyer pushback. 2. Time Still Kills Deals (but now Sellers are Walking Away!) The smart move today necessitates that more of your time is spent on the selection of your replacement aircraft than once was the case. Apart from most of the older used jets on the marketplace, many (if not all) late model aircraft have been increasing in value over the past 12 months (I’ve seen 10% to 15% increases for some). The age-old adage that “time kills deals” has been flipped on its head. During the long and precluded ‘Buyer’s Market’ it was common for a buyer to walk away from a transaction if the transaction was – in their opinion – taking too long. Today, it’s the seller who does the walking. There are a several reasons for this, but two prominent ones are: 1) The aircraft has gone-up in value and will get a higher price if sold to a late-comer; 2) The values of all the replacement aircraft have gone up, and when the aircraft upgrade/change is scrutinized, the seller gets cold feet and

decides that what they currently have works just fine for them.

3. Used Aircraft Value: Separate Fact from Fiction

Fact: The factory didn’t build your aircraft better than all the others that came off the same production line. This is just posturing and hyperbole, and buyers can immediately see through it. Fact: It is the way the aircraft is treated throughout its operational career that determines its true valueenhancing pedigree (provenance). Fact: Paying for, and accomplishing maintenance, service bulletins and industry-standard upgrades on your aircraft will not add value or enhance the price. It will merely maintain its natural market value. Failure to have any of these items accomplished in accordance with the manufacturer’s mandated schedule will cause a reduction in value. Fact: When you’re ready to refurbish both the interior and the exterior of the replacement aircraft, remember that beauty is always in the eye of the beholder. Your vision of beauty is unlikely to match that of the next owner of the aircraft. Wild, gaudy, lavishly over-the-top styling and flamboyance will not increase its value as ‘unique’. It will only reap you a lower selling price later. If you’re truly serious about selling your aircraft after you’ve freshened the exterior paint, leave it painted all white with absolutely no design stripes to deter a buyer: A blank canvas, for the future buyer to visualize and personalize. In summary, the bottom line of our discussion is to fix it before you sell it! An Overview of Manned Multi-Mission Aviation There’s an emerging realisation that aviation and humanity are dependent on manned and unmanned Multi-Mission (MM) operations or services as a critical third pillar of aviation. Here, Patrick Ryan focuses on the role of manned aircraft within Multi-Mission aviation… The aim of this primer is to highlight the main applications, platforms, systems, and benefits associated with this pillar of civil aviation as they relate to Manned Multi-Mission aviation. We’ll cover the full spectrum of Multi-Mission aviation, helping to de-mystify a sector of aviation that has traditionally been perceived as a cluster of many stand-alone independent services with all their autonomous cultures, jargon and acronyms. In other words, we’ll link Multi-Mission operations under a single pillar of aviation, just like General Aviation and Commercial Transportation.

How are Multi-Mission Operations Defined?

Multi-mission operations fly everything that General Aviation (GA), the airlines, air charter and military operators don’t. The sector essentially comprises civil aircraft (manned and unmanned) used for specialised services in industries such as agriculture, construction, media, recreation, law enforcement, medical, advertisement, aircrew training and many more. Also, even though some multi-mission aircraft operations look like military operations, most that support military contracts or public safety missions are regulated by civil aviation authorities. Even commercial firms that support military type operations (i.e. contractor own/contractor operated Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions) operate under civil aviation regulations and standards.

How are Multi-Mission Operations Organised?

Multi-Mission operations or services essentially fall into three domains, including: • Civil

What are the Multi-Mission Manned Aircraft Missions, Platforms & Systems?

Of all the different types of applications or services that fall under Multi-Mission operations, and just as a sample, the following are three unique roles or

applications that heavily utilise manned aircraft. Each has its own set of missions, stakeholders, ancillary systems and equipment. Even though many of these services sometimes utilise or prefer the same type of aircraft and equipment, the cultures, training and standard operating procedures can be relatively different.

Civil (Commercial Providers): Mapping & Surveying

In a general context, Aerial Mapping and Surveying is a process of collecting geographical information using airborne vehicles. Other terms you might see are Aerophotogrammetry, Aeromagnetic Survey, or Airborne Scanning. Overall, this is the practice of using different technologies such as aerial photography, radar, magnetometer, or lasers to produce usable products for specific end-users. The type of manned aircraft used in Aerial Mapping and Surveying varies widely. However, the preferred aircraft for this sector are primarily fixed-wing and then helicopter platforms. The most popular aircraft are single- and twin-engine fixed-wing aircraft like the Cessna 172, Diamond DA-42, Cessna 404 Titan, up to the Viking Air 400. The second most popular aircraft types are light and medium-sized single main-rotor helicopters like the Robinson R44, Bell 206, and Eurocopter AS-350. Meanwhile, the normal type or baseline of Aerial Mapping and Survey systems that are integrated or utilised onboard an aircraft are: • Sensors (Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), Magnetometers, Aerial & Terrestrial Cameras); • Gyro-Stabilised Mounts; • Computer & Flight Navigation Software;

In the field of airborne law enforcement, aerial police patrol is the use of aircraft in support of routine police operations. Police organisations commonly use aircraft for traffic control, ground support, highspeed car pursuits, observation, and control of large-scale public events or public order incidents. The preferred aircraft for this industry sector tend to be first helicopters and then fixed-wing platforms. The most commonly used aircraft are light and medium-size helicopters like the Robinson R44, Bell 206, Eurocopter AS-350 and EC-135.

The next most commonly used aircraft are single and twin-engine fixed-wing platforms like the Cessna 172, Cessna 206, Vulcanair P.68, and the Pilatus PC-12. The usual types of systems and equipment integrated or utilised onboard a Police Patrol aircraft include: • Sensors (Electro-Optical Infra-Red (EO/IR) Full Motion Video (FMV)); • Night Vision Systems; • Mission Management Software/Hardware (Augmented Reality System (ARS)); • LOS Air-to-Ground Radios; • Loudspeaker Systems; • Searchlights; • Winches & Winch Cables; • Rescue & First Responder Equipment; and • Tactical Equipment.

Defense (Commercial Providers in Support of Public Contracts): ISR

Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) is the coordinated and integrated activity of gathering, managing and delivery of timely, accurate, relevant and consistent information and intelligence to support military operations.

Specifically, aerial ISR comprises multiple activities related to the planning and operation of systems that collect, process and disseminate data. The preferred aircraft for this industry sector (contractor own/contractor-operated) are fixed-wing platforms, and the most commonly used aircraft are medium-size single- and twin-engine turboprop fixedwing aircraft like the Cessna 208, Pilatus PC-12, Beechcraft King Air 350, and the De Havilland Dash 8.

What are the Benefits of Multi-Mission Manned Aircraft?

The benefits of Multi-Mission manned aircraft continue to provide unique capabilities that land, sea and even (in some cases) unmanned vehicles cannot. The primary and unique benefits of manned aircraft bring to all industry sectors are: Payload: Manned aircraft are still able to carry a variety of large and specialised loads. In the MultiMission operations sector, this is critical. As you read above, most Multi-Mission aircraft are integrated with many different systems that make it effective for its intended purpose or specialised mission. Range & Endurance: Manned aircraft are still fast and efficient, relative to land and sea vehicles. With improvements in the size, weight and capabilities of propulsion, airframes, and avionics systems, the range and endurance of many manned aircraft are equal to, or better than the previous generation of GA aircraft that Multi-Mission operations utilise. For example, some types of manned aircraft (STOL fixed-wing and helicopters) can travel long distances and land in very confined and remote locations in a relatively short time, providing a reliable, costeffective option in certain situations and operations.

Accessibility: Given that current aviation infrastructures, airspace, regulations and procedures are based on manned aircraft operations, operating manned aircraft is still a relatively efficient and effective effort because of manned flight’s long history of trial and error, development, management and investment. Because of this, Multi-Mission operators can navigate an established industry to purchase, integrate, hangar, and fly manned aircraft in all corners of the world without the cost of “re-inventing the wheel”. Availability: Since the end of WWII, the development and production of manned GA aircraft has been robust. The availability of new and used light to heavy aircraft in both the fixed-wing and rotorcraft categories is excellent and available. With this, the Multi-Mission sector has the means to configure the right airframe with the right equipment, budget and mission. When it comes to the ancillary services, systems and kits that make a GA manned aircraft a Multi-Mission aircraft, there are countless industries that provide specialized hardware, software, products and services. Further, there’re many firms that make it their mission to provide the engineering, modification, and integration of systems to turnkey a GA aircraft into a Multi-Mission solution.

In Summary

As you can see, Multi-Mission operation is not a bunch of individual specialised operations folded ‘here and there’ between GA, Commercial Transportation and Military Operations. It’s a standalone pillar in civil aviation with its specific description, structure and industry base. The types of platforms now used in aerial work operations are both manned and unmanned. Today, each type of platform brings its unique capabilities that work well for some types of missions as opposed to others. Manned Multi-Mission aircraft provide distinctive capabilities like payload, range, accessibility and availability in certain scenarios that unmanned aircraft can’t at this time.  SkyEcho-iPadTraffic Montana, USA-based avionics manufacturer uAvionix Corporation has received approval from the UK CAA for its SkyEcho Electronic Conspicuity (EC) devices (which transmit ADS-B data on 1090MHz) to be used in aircraft also operating a 1090MHz transponder, including Modes A, C, and S. The clearance was published in an Air Information Circular (AIC) released by the CAA on 19th December 2019. The wider European situation is less certain but progress is being made, according to Mike Tetlow, UK representative for uAvionix Europe. “EASA does not at this point allow EC devices to transmit ADS-B data,” he said, adding that data from UK use is likely to be used to “widen the discussion with EASA to recommend similar use of EC transmitting devices on the other side of the English Channel (or in the Republic of Ireland). The subject will likely feature at the next meeting of the EASA Electronic Conspicuity Working Group.” Tetlow points out that EASA's concern is that the 1090 MHz frequency will become saturated if it allows EC devices to transmit, although “Simply phasing out all remaining (inefficient) Mode A transponders across Europe would go some way to releasing enough bandwidth for a much higher number of low power EC devices to be deployed.”

SkyEcho 2 is a standalone, battery powered EC device, one of a limited number of such devices that fully meets the standard set by CAP 1391. Aircraft transponders worldwide operate on the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standard frequency of 1090 MHz.

For the widest compatibility this is also the frequency employed by the SkyEcho EC for ADS-B reception and transmission. Sharing the 1090 MHz frequency with transponder systems required the UK CAA and NATS to undertake a series of tests on 1090 MHz based EC systems. This was to ensure that there would be no negative impact from operating the two technologies simultaneously in the same aircraft. Until that testing was complete there was a prohibition on 1090 MHz based EC devices transmitting their ADS-B data simultaneously with an operating transponder. With testing now complete, the CAA confirmed that there is no significant interference between 1090 MHz transmitting EC devices, such as SkyEcho, and non-ADS-B aircraft transponders. uAvionix president Christian Ramsey said, “This pragmatic decision by the UK CAA is very welcome. We have worked closely with the UK regulator in developing and testing this technology, and have adhered closely to the CAP 1391 standard because we believe ADS-B is the only truly credible solution for GA electronic conspicuity, as this gives the widest possible compatibility with commercial, military, and GA systems worldwide. “Now that pilots can use their SkyEcho to transmit as well as receive ADS-B, they are making themselves visible to the vast majority of other airspace users. Flight safety will be greatly enhanced as a result and the risk of collisions will be significantly reduced. “The UK CAA is to be congratulated for taking a positive stance on EC and we hope that other European regulators will follow suit when they see the benefits and lack of negative impact in the UK”.

Reveals Aston Martin Edition of ACH130 At an event in Courchevel in the French Alps on 3rd January, Airbus Corporate Helicopters (ACH) and Aston Martin Lagonda (AML) revealed a version of the French manufacturer’s leading single-engine helicopter branded in the style of the famous UKbased car producer. Design teams from the two companies had been working for more than a year to create the Aston Martin Edition of the Airbus ACH130. Up to 15 units of the new seven-seat (including pilot) special edition are covered by the initial three-year agreement. Customers can choose from four external schemes while the cabin features leather seats with styling based on Aston Martin cars, with black suede trim. The rear of the front seats has brogue detailing based on that in the DB11 while embossed Aston Martin logos also feature in the cabin. The first aircraft (G-XAML) was presented to media at a preview event at London Heliport last December and was due to be handed over to the first customer during the first quarter of 2020. This aircraft is painted in Stirling Green fading to Jet Black underneath, with the engine intakes being in “Skyfall Silver” and Oxford Tan leather interior. The Aston Martin ACH130 is also available in exterior schemes based on Xenon Grey, Arizona and

Ultramarine Black, while the cabin leather is also available in Pure Black, Cormorant and Ivory. Frédéric Lemos, head of ACH, said discussions started in 2018 with AML resulting in an objective of putting “what makes Aston Martin so special into an Airbus helicopter.” Marek Reichman, chief creative officer of 106year old Aston Martin, which has built “between 90,000 and 95,000 cars”, noted that Airbus helicopters are built in “much the same way with a similar focus on comfort levels, materials etc.” Asked about pricing, Lemos said that the ACH130 “starts at €2.8 million” basic list price. The ACH130 Aston Martin Editions will start life as regular H130 airframes at the factory in Marignane, France before being delivered to Airbus Helicopters UK at London Oxford Airport, where they will be completed with the customer-specified paint scheme and interior. In addition, a special plaque is installed on the instrument panel before the helicopter is handed over. ACH also has a long-term partnership with Germany’s Mercedes-Benz covering production of special-edition ACH145s, and Airbus also produced some Hermès Edition EC135s.
