Board of Directors By statute, the Board of Directors consists of ten members appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council, including the chairperson and representatives of employers, workers and the public. The Board is also required to have two non-voting members: the Chief Executive Officer of WorkplaceNL and an employee of the department designated by the Minister Responsible for WorkplaceNL. The following are the members of the Board as of December 31, 2018.
