A new look
Renovations add warmth, updates at Sparta office BY LISA SAVAGE
R
enovations are complete at Ben Lomand Connect’s Sparta location. The regional customer service office first opened in the city during the 1950s, and a new facility was built in 1996. “The building hadn’t had anything done to it since then,” says David Vaughn, district operations manager for Ben Lomand Connect. The renovations add a warm, welcoming feel and more modern conveniences for members and employees. “We have some of the most up-to-date technology available, but our office still had the look of the ’80s and ’90s,” Vaughn says. Now, customers can enjoy modern comfort whenever they want to pay a bill, open new service or need any other assistance from Ben Lomand’s professionals. Ben Lomand Connect will host the SpartaWhite County Chamber of Commerce’s Business Before Hours on Nov. 6 at 502 Ben Lomand Drive, Sparta.
