Keeping Your Events Safe The wellbeing of our customers and our staff will always be the utmost priority for us here at Sixways Stadium. In the current circumstances we are aware that precautionary measures must be adhered to, to both protect everybody inside the Stadium and to offer peace of mind to all event bookers and to our staff. This is why the following measures have been implemented for all of our conferences and events. Please take the time to familiarise yourself with the ways in which we are ensuring that we are a safe venue for all conferences and events.

Food and Drink • No buffet services are currently available, instead individually portioned hot and cold food is available to pre-order. • All food is prepared in our thoroughly cleaned, hygienic kitchens. • Refreshments such as tea and coffee will be served to guests by our specifically trained Front of House team. • A wave style food service has been implemented to enable guests to maintain social distancing and to minimise queues. •A ll condiments are being served to-order in individual portions. •A ll cutlery is pre-wrapped and served to individuals by our specifically trained Front of House team. •A ll customers have access to outdoor seating areas adjacent to their meeting space for added flexibility during break times.

Cleaning and Hygiene • An enhanced cleaning schedule has been implemented throughout the Stadium to ensure optimum safety at all times. • Hand sanitising stations have been introduced around the Stadium at each touch point, and wipe stations are available to wipe down any phones, laptops etc. • Outdoor space such as our balconies and Fanzone area are available for use during break times to minimise intimate indoor gatherings. •A ir handling has been considerably increased within all areas of the Stadium. •O ur kitchen staff will continue to exercise increased levels of hygiene practises at all times.

People Movement • A people movement strategy has been implemented at the Stadium, including a one-way system. This strategy is demonstrated by clear signage, which can be seen pictured below. • We have an abundance of signage around the Stadium encouraging everyone to adhere to the recommended 2 meter social distancing measures which have been advised by the government. • Stadium lifts are still in operation, but may only be used with just one person in each lift at a time. Our Staff •W e have an on-site COVID manager to ensure the utmost safety of everybody inside and around the Stadium, including that of our staff and of all delegates attending conferences and events. •O ur staff have undertaken training related to social distancing and increased hygiene measures.


• Our Club Partner, EBC Group recently installed a brand new Wi-Fi system throughout the stadium, offering a high-speed, reliable internet connection to all delegates. • As well as this, we have recently installed a brand new AV system, and are working closely with other local AV providers to help to assist with all of your corporate needs. • The use of the big screens surrounding the Stadium Pitch can also be offered to all event organisers at an additional cost.

Our USPs Located just off Junction 6 of the M5 motorway, we have an abundance of transport links making us easily accessible for all. We have over 1000 free parking spaces for all delegates. We benefit from a wealth of both indoor and outdoor space. We have a selection of newly renovated suites available which can be set up with reduced capacities to adhere to social distancing measures, as well as an array of double and single sized Executive Boxes, all offering stunning views of the Stadium Pitch. Our new Fanzone area is a new outdoor space which is available to hire for those who would prefer for their event to take place outdoors. This area can be used to hold socially distanced events for which outdoor catering can be provided. hen you book your event here at Sixways, W you will be designated a dedicated and experienced Events Co-Ordinator who will ensure that your event runs as perfectly as planned. On top of this, we also provide flexible rescheduling terms, offering the event organiser peace of mind during these unprecedented times. For delegates who have no other method of transport, there are three local train stations just a short distance away.
