“summer reading: join us as we embark on amazing adventures this summer!” it says...

SUMMER READING SUMMER READING

“visit the library throughout the summer for fun events. read books and complete challenges to earn prizes!” what are we waiting for?!

SUMMER 2024 WorcesterLibrary.LibCal.com

We are committed to serving our patrons and community, and we want to make sure we align our initiatives with the priorities of Worcester County residents. As part of the Library’s strategic plan process, we are asking our community what is important to them. Are there programs, services, or collections that you would like to see offered by the Library? Please help us by filling out a brief survey, which you can access by scanning the QR code or by clicking on the “Strategic Plan” tab on our website, WorcesterLibrary.org. We thank you for sharing your thoughts, which are so critical for planning the future of the Library.

Now that summer is upon us, the Worcester County Library is excited to launch the annual Summer Reading Program with the theme, “Adventure Begins at Your Library!” The program will begin on June 24 and will feature a variety of programs, challenges, and prizes at all of our library branches and for all ages (yes, even adults!). All events and programs are free and open to the public and will incorporate activities like hiking, healthy eating, and learning about the outdoors to support this year’s theme. Find information about Summer Reading Kickoff events at each branch on the facing page and a list of featured programs on page 12. We can’t wait to spend the summer reading with you!
