It means choosing products that will stand the wear and tear of everyday use, and with an aesthetic character that will stay attractive over time. We constantly work to develop products that will honor the above requirements in such a way that recycled and reusable materials are considered and integrated when possible.

Introduction
Lower CO2 footprint Since 1989, all our products have been designed for flat packing, which means minimizing CO2 emissions during transport and storage. We continuously work to reduce the environmental impact of our activities, and you can read more about our specific initiatives on our website. We are not CO2 neutral, but we keep working hard to minimize our CO2 footprint.
Maintain & refresh Designing for flat packing means creating a set of parts that easily combine into a full product. The complexity and number of parts vary from product to product, but the design strategy allows for easy replacement of components to prolong product lifetime - whether it is to replace a worn-out part or refresh the look of the product.
Disassembly & recycling In our design process we focus on the ability to disassemble the products and materials after ended life cycles. Which materials are used, how they are combined, and how they can be separated into individual parts and recycled. Each design creates a new challenge and some designs are more suitable for disassembly than others, but the ECO-dimension is always an integral part of our way of thinking.
Durability | 5 years warranty Quality and durability are at the center of our design and production process. We offer 5 years warranty on all designs and lifetime warranty on slats and gears on all sofa beds in the Multifunctionals category. See further information about warranty on our website.

Introduction
Fabrics & Covers The texture and colour of the fabric are important as they will interact with the product design to define the final character of the furniture. As preferences tend to change over time, our fabric collection is constantly adjusted to offer a variety of choices that reflect the spirit of the time.
Detachable covers As it offers obvious benefits, a growing part of our collection comes with detachable and washable covers. The sofa is easy to maintain as covers can be machine washed at 30 degrees Celsius. Upholstery can be replaced if they are worn out, or if you want to freshen up your sofa. Instead of replacing the entire sofa, this will create a significantly smaller impact on the environment.

Fabrics As not all designs are suitable for removable covers, the durability of the fabric and ease of cleaning becomes crucial for the longevity of each design. All fabrics are highly durable and upgraded by adding backsides to strengthen them even further. All fabrics can withstand wash at 30 degrees Celsius, which means that products can withstand wet cleaning. Finally, most of our fabrics are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified which means they are free of harmful chemicals and substances.
Recycled fabrics The supply of fabrics made from recycled fibers is fortunately constantly increasing. In our collection we are now able to offer two fine qualities made from recycled plastic bottles. Please look for Vivus & Argus fabrics - see page 163

Eco specials | Revivus & Puri Eco specials is a collection of uncompromising designs that take environmental aspects in relation to material selection, production, packaging, transport, durability and recycling into account. It is product developments like this that give us insights and learnings that will qualify us as an environmentally friendly manufacturer. Please see pages 80 and 82. The construction of Revivus:

Vivus is the name of our OEKO-TEX certified fabric made from recycled bottles. The slipcover is simple to detach and reattach, making it easy to clean. If worn out, just renew the cover - not the entire sofa.
Using metal for the frame provides a strong and highly durable base protected by a layer of recycled powder coating.
The cushion fillings are made from OEKO-TEX recycled fiberfill.
The mattress filling is made from a combination of a soft topping of OEKO-TEX® certified high resilient foam and a core of recycled bonded foam. Bonded foam is made of leftover foam from our own and other productions, which we remould, compress and use again.

Introduction
Comfort is always at the center of our design process As we work with multifunctional sofas where both seating comfort and sleeping comfort must be considered as well as the functional principles - each design offers its own challenges in relation to the development of the optimal comfort. We want to offer an assortment that respect diversity and the fact that preferences differ from person to person. This means working with a product range spanning from light elegant designs with a relatively firm comfort to larger, voluminous sofas with a softer comfort.

The matresses: Classic Firmness rating: Firm Mattress sizes: 120 / 140 x 200 cm. Made from recycled foam, the Classic mattress is durable and provides a high degree of support for a comfortable sleep. Our high density foam provides strong motion isolation, making it easy to share the mattress. Choose our Classic mattress for a firm comfort.
Spring Firmness rating: Soft Mattress sizes: 120 / 140 x 200 cm. The spring mattress is characterized by the soft comfort combined with effective pressure relief. Furthermore, the combination of fiberfill, a thin layer of foam, and the pocket springs ensure that the mattress is breathable and able to conduct moisture and heat away at night.
Soft Spring Firmness rating: Extra soft Mattress sizes: 120 / 140 x 200 cm. The Soft Spring mattress offers a unique comfort achieved through the combination of pocket springs and the built in topper of hyper soft foam. Choose our Soft Spring mattress for an extra soft comfort.
Latex Firmness rating: Medium Mattress size: 140 x 200 cm. A breathable natural core of high quality OEKO-TEX® latex ensures a durable mattress that adjusts to your body. Non-detachable covers Nordic Mattress This is the standard mattress look with pull downs. You decide on the textile you like, and should you later happen to change your mind about style or colour, you can choose between the two detachable cover options we offer. Detachable covers Nordic Cover This cover has a sleek, rounded surface with stylings in each of the corners of the mattress. It covers up your entire mattress, giving you the option of choosing a different colour. Should you want to change the look, simply buy a new cover instead of a new mattress. Sharp Plus Cover This cover has a sleek surface with stylings across the edges of the mattress. It covers up your entire mattress, giving you the option of choosing a different colour. Top Mattresses 120 / 140 / 150 / 160 x 200 cm. A 5 cm durable and reversible top mattress with a core of hyper soft foam that provides an even and supportive sleeping surface on all adjustable sofa beds. The cover is 100% polyester which is breathable, removable and machine-washable at 60 degrees Celsius. The top mattress comes with a bag for storage when not in use. The bag helps minimise the volume of the topper for better storage.
Mattress Pads 80 / 90 / 120 / 140 / 150 / 160 x 200 cm. A mattress pad provides a little extra cushioning and an added layer of protection for your mattress. They can be removed and machine-washed at 60 degree Celsius. The fabric is OEKO-TEX standard 100 certified. Available for most mattresses.
