Bring along an empty egg carton, w hich has convenient sor ting compar tments built in. A pebble, a le af, maybe a pretty shell ? Can you reme mber to put them back too ?
Parents: Set up an expectation from the start by talking about borrowing the items from nature and returning them when done which helps minimize damage to plants in public areas.
