We start by using the world’s best plywood for manufacturing furniture. All surfaces and backs feature 100% BIRCH PLYWOOD. We then apply our TUFF-GLOSS UV FINISH, covering all surfaces and edges. We’ve formulated our UV finish to be extra durable and scratch resistant. It never yellows or peels and doesn’t fade when cleaning.

Our production process yields ship times of less than 72 hours. Prompt shipping adds to customer satisfaction. Wood Designs’ facilities are flexible and prepared to quickly respond to your requests so you will receive your furniture on time, every time.

Assembly is the final key step in our manufacturing process. Where strength is paramount, a mortise-glue-steel pin joinery is the answer. It’s stronger and provides a tighter fit than dowels. Our mortise-glue-steel pin joinery provides maximum strength and aesthetic appeal.
